Nourish Sushi

Absolutely incredible sushi!! No joke. Hands down, the very best I have ever had & I've been to many!! Cute little dining room, great views & awesome bar. Love it!! Service is absolutely on another level as well.

We've loved dining at the bar each time we've been there, the chefs are just top-notch. The service is incredible and everyone working this is very kind. Our server, Lacey, always goes above and beyond. The food is phenomenal! Being in the foothills we were skeptical of fresh sushi, but this stuff is super fresh and delicious. Whether you're someone who loves sashimi or fried tempura, they've got something for everyone. The restaurant itself is small, so make your reservations or have patience, it's so well worth it!

Nourish has definitely become the best sushi spot in town. The food is creative, fresh & delicious. The restaurant is super cute & clean. The service is great, especially Belle Star, the lead server is so sweet & knowledgeable, & awesome. I would eat there everyday if I could. I especially love the Naha & Arigato rolls. The specialty spoons are crazy good too. Shooters are fire & the tempura is really good too. Can't really go wrong. Keep it up Nourish!

Just a friendly heads up if you plan to order on the phone and pick up from this establishment that they add 15% gratuity without a warning on the phone or on the menu online. I don't think I've ever had a automatic gratuity added to a pick up order in my whole entire life and this was the first lol. I usually tip accordingly and totally understand if you order through a delivery service of some sort like doordash you get dinged but adding 15% gratuity on top of inflation priced sushi, the simple task of bagging a to go order, and picking up yourself is absolute insanity.

Food was fresh and amazing. The service was quick and with a smile. Absolutely suggest you try this place.

Food is excellent, customer service, not so much my boyfriend and I were in last night for dinner sitting at the bar one of the staff members went to hand us our tray and knocked over the ceramic soy sauce container and spilled it all over my boyfriend and our meal. Now I know mistakes happen that wasn't the issue. The issue was the fact that they were very nonchalant about it and didn't offer to help us clean it up. They just gave us rags while my boyfriend was covered in soy sauce. the woman that did it did not apologize and just walked away, we aren't ones to ask for a discount or anything like that. It was just the fact that they were making jokes about it while he was literally drenched in soy sauce and had us cleaning it up..again I understand mistakes happen it was just the fact that they did not care at all to help or apologizeWhen we left another staff member made a joke about how they did it on purpose but the joke was very condescending. Overall just very rude and poor customer service. We received no sympathy or help with the situation that was not our fault. I understand that it can get busy and you have many tables to provide for but if you break glass and soy sauce all over a customer at the very least you should offer to help and not have your customers wiping your floors while drenched in soy sauce. We do love this place but last nights experience was extremely unprofessional and straight up rude. The jokes walking out were passive aggressive and we were nothing but nice and understanding. I just can't wrap my head around making a huge mess all over my boyfriend and our dinner and then walking away for us to clean it up. We had to eat the food as is which was drenched in soy sauce. We asked for soda water to help get some of it off my boyfriends clothing but they couldn't do that without us buying a Pellegrino. Overall just disappointed.

We love this place, the food is amazing and every server we have had has been so friendly and welcoming. This is one of our favorite date night spots.

This place is 100% a 5 star review. The food was next level delicious and the service was absolutely top notch. I am so happy to have a restaurant like this in downtown Nevada City. We need to support businesses like this! The food and vibe are awesome, and the owners are incredibly driven to bring amazing food to our community! Really great experience all around! Will definitely return! WOW!!

We recently moved to the area from Southern California. Finding a sushi place we trust was something we were dying for. This place is so good, staff and owners are very friendly. The kitchen is welcoming and talkative when sitting at the bar (even on a busy night!). Their food is fresh, yummy and you can tell how much effort they put in. I highly recommend this place!
