Upon arrival, they were packed, which is always a great sign because it means they provide good service. I arrived 15 minutes early for my pedicure (so I thought ) but it turned out that I was at the wrong spot One of the beauticians came over and let me know that they could still accommodate me, I would just have to wait. Which was fine. After all, I made the mistake and I was grateful since I had other plans.When my appointment was over, I was extremely happy. Ann was AMAZING! I will definitely be back to see her! Thank you for accommodating me today.

I went today got a full set by Nancy, manicure and pedicure. She was gentle didn't hurt me at all and it's such a great job. She listened to all my requests and was so nice! I love my nails. I'll definitely be going back to her.

Nancy is the best nail tech i can show her any picture and she never misses she always very sweet and takes her time and dose a great job Nicole dose my eyebrows and lashes always she very professional and clean. She takes her time and is always very professional. The shop is always clean and all the technicians are professional and very welcoming

I honestly can say it's been crazy looking for a new nail salon due to prices, attitude and availability. I went here for the first time and can say the environment was pretty relaxing I was a little nervous I'd be turned away since they don't pick up their phone which makes it a roll of dice to actually know if one they're open, prices are accurate, and if they go by appointments only though I was greeted by head staff possible and she asked what I needed after me saying you guys don't answer your phone and I said a pedicure how much are they she then told me to go sit in a spa chair and look at a menu pretty much I was looking and noticed the prices were decent I went with the best one yet to see what that was like and it was pretty good a little misleading regarding the mud mask which typically I thought goes on your face though nothing less she made sure I was feeling good and comfortable though one thing I did notice besides a rush job at the end was there was polish on the skin of my toe area which I don't honestly like makes the whole art look altered. I would recommend this place to a family or friend. Will I be back possibly after trying out other places I've found on google, I just want to try those out before finding my preferred spot. Lastly I'm honestly surprised that the ratings on yelp are really poor compared to Google reviews though I was told Google falsely adds untrustworthy reviews rather that be from businesses or bot accounts.

Always happy when I leave me and my daughters been coming to Northgate nails for years this is the best place to go

I can't believe this business has a 2.5 rating. I was in the area watching my grandchildren and walked in to such a friendly greeting and was serviced immediately. Michael was my nail technician and he also did my pedicure with such care. I had an awesome experience and whenever I'm in the area I will be back. They have a full service salon (nails, lashes, brow, lip, chin, waxing products and pedicures). They also had plenty of staff (I counted eight) which was impressive as they were my third stop and the others didn't have staff. I highly recommend.

I have been getting my eyelashes done by Nicole for almost 2 years now. This is the only lady that I have found in Sacramento from moving up from the bay area that can do my eyelashes to the perfection that I want them. Nicole has always been so courteous and has the sweetest personality. If you are looking for someone to do your eyelashes with perfection, Nicole at Northgate Nails is the one for you. I give her 10 stars
