[Barista swivels cashier touchscreen panel only 90 degrees and leans over on the counter intently watching me see how much I tip.] -___-;; Insta-dock of one star.Anyway, who knew that there's a coffee shop in the Sac area that serves Jamaican coffee?? Was very curious as I've never had Jamaican coffee and after trying an iced mocha here I'd say that Jamaican coffee has a deep roast-y taste (paired quite well with the chocolate syrup in the drink actually.....gave strong dark chocolate vibes). Little-to-no fruitiness. Decently strong (no jitters and kept me well awake throughout the day).I also got a Jamaican beef patty here. Nicely chewy and flaky crust. A little strange that the filling is on the mushy side (reminded me a lot of the texture of refried beans) but not a dealbreaker. Tasty filling. FYI there is distinct mild spiciness to it.Small, bodega-like coffee shop space in a very spacious plaza lot.

This is my third time visiting and the experience is always a treat, their interior is cute with tons of seating in the back where they encourage you to drop by and study in, the cafe portion is nice with everything out for you to see when it comes to them preparing your drinks. And their drinks are consistently amazing the coffee is really strong even when it's a bit watered down when you order it iced the flavor is unique and bold, their service is always kind and courteous!I also had my first beef patty today, I didn't know what to expect but it was delicious the breading was nice and flaky and the meat inside was like a thick gravy consistency with bits of chewy tendon that worked well with the flaky bread, definitely would get again

On a lazy Saturday morning, my husband, and I decided to come try Nomlas Cafe. Located near our neighborhood, we wanted to support a small local business. When we arrived, we were promptly and warmly greeted. The lady took the time to explain to us what makes Blue Mountain coffee so special and unique. We both decided to order an iced coffee. My husband got his iced coffee black while I decided to add some vanilla to sweeten mine. The coffee was good and strong. We will definitely be back to try more of their beverages and menu offerings.

Nomlas Cafe for the WIN!! It's so refreshing to have a coffee shop that I live locally to that's not a chain. I usually drive everyday into midtown for coffee just to come back to work off elder creek. I love to support small businesses. This shop has outstanding coffee and culture. I went one Saturday morning to run some errands and I have returned everyday since. My go too is the Carmel macchiato, it's not too sweet and you can really taste how smooth the coffee is. 11/10

It's a small space with oddly laid-out indoor seating. The seats are along the walls, and there are no tables. It's probably mostly takeout, and the employee was friendly.But the espresso was so bad as to be effectively undrinkable. I still have about three-quarters of it sitting in my cupholder.

This coffee is 10/10. I've never had Jamaican coffee before and actually just stumbled across this on maps during my drive to Tahoe. Family owned business and the woman who made my coffee was so nice! Immediately after making it she asked "Is it okay, do you like it?"This is up there with a craft coffee place. Super smooth & rich tasting. Love a a great coffee place & love to support a small family business.

Enjoyed an iced mocha while taking in amazing live music. This space has an awesome co-op vibe for people of all ages.

This is such a cute place with a straight forward menu, quick service, and decent prices. Both the iced oat pumpkin spice latte and iced oat vanilla latte were delicious! I'm glad I've found another cute coffee shop to add to the rotation.

Nomlas Cafe sells 100% Jamaica blue mountain coffee, it's smooth and richer than all other coffee's

Friendly and informative staff, clean space, comfortable seating, and delicious coffee. I am so glad to have found a space like this! I can definitely see myself coming back to do schoolwork or to just read.
