Love the logo!
Frozen Yogurt with Baklava - wished the baklava was crushed/crumbled a bit more...it's just large chunks not well integrated into the yogurt

I am a big fan of nick the Greek! I actually tried it for the first time recently and it is easily one of my favorite go tos and I feel like it is more of a healthier option! I always get the gyro bowl with falafel and they make the falafel so crispy and yummy! Their nick the fries are a really nice portion as well! Will continue to come here as I am on my health kick right now. The customer service at the Elk Grove one is wonderful. Super polite and clean. Plenty of seating. I had evi? Not sure. Some gentlemen with a cool mustache help me! Really friendly. Like I said. One of my favs. I plan to continue to come often!

FOOD: I ordered the Beef/Lamb Gyro Pita Combo. It was delicious!! The gyro was packed full. You definitely get what you pay for. There's fries on the side and in the gyro. The flavors blend well and there's just the right amount of tzatziki sauce. You won't have tzatziki running all over your hands after eating this. AMBIANCE: I ordered my items for pickup. Thus, I can't speak to the ambiance of the restaurant.

Food was delicious and sauce was tasty. I was still a little hungry so maybe I should have tried the plate instead. There wasn't as much veggies as I expected and there was fries in my pita wrap which I've never had before. So that was interesting. Definitely try it if you're not sure. If you like to eat I'd suggest the plate over a gyro.

I was in the mood for a gyro and found this place near work. A Yelp coupon for free baklava came up when I checked in and the manager honored it - score! The place looks newly constructed and was very clean and modern. My beef/lamb gyro tasted awesome and even had some french fries on top. The baklava was moist and amazing. I will be back for sure!

Sunday, 6/09/2024 - Driving by and saw Nick the Greek. On a whim, we decided to try them. Address is 7460 Elk Grove Blvd, Ste 110, Elk Grove, CA 95757. Located where Costco and Amazon market is. Upon arrival....Pros1) lots of parking. We found parking easily.2) there were a lot of people there eating. Lively.3) they have outside and inside seating. 4) cashier was very friendly. 5) we ordered our food and within 10 mins, got our gyro. It was fast. 6) gyro was good. But not as much meat as I've gotten at other gyro restaurants. It was more bready, since there was less neat. 7) fries were good. 8) they have self serve drink. Got plenty of water for me. Lol. Water tasted good. Didn't have that fountain odd taste in the water. 9) there's only 1 bathroom with 1 stall for men or women. Bathroom was clean. Cons1) restaurant was cute, clean, lively, cashier very friendly. Love that you can refill your own drinks and bathroom clean. But I wish there was a little more meat on the gyro. The other gyro places we've been to are nice and meaty. This one was good, but less meat, so I felt like I was eating a lot of bread. Fries were ok. Conclusion Nice little restaurant. Quick in and out. Got our gyro nice and fast. Looooooove that!!!! Large parking lot. Many other stores and restaurants close by. We like this restaurant. But may not return to it again. Not that anything is wrong with it. Just that we've been to better restaurants that serves gyro. This is just my opinion. You will have your own. Go try this place and see for yourself.

1st time here, greeted as soon as I walked in. I love checking out new places during school/work hours and Sundays because it's usually not busy. This was exactly the case, lots of people placed to go orders, placed my order, sat at an open table, and enjoyed the music and AC. I was expecting for my number to be called out but being I was the only one dining in, they brought my food out to me. Nice simple customer service gesture! Sweet!Passion fruit juice alone is great! Adding mtn dew to it is just a personal preference :)I've never been to a Greek restaurant that didn't make good lamb/chicken meat. The Gyro was perfect, the toppings/fillings complimented each other well. I usually don't get fries but I decided to get them today. Nicks fries, (garlic fries w/meat drizzled in seasoned sauce) the ratio between fries, lamb and sauce was perfect. I tasted the fries, garlic, lamb, sauce and garnish in every bite. Skinny fries is the way to go for these types of sauce/meat filled toppings.I'll come back again and order something else. Definitely worth a visit if you haven't tried lamb Gyro

Haven't dined in at Nick The Greek yet, but order take out.Ordered the Beef & Lamb Gyro with no extras like side and or a drink. So the meal was about $12. I like the unique touch of adding french fries to the Gryo; from pictures alone it looks pretty bomb. Adding fries seem to be a popular thing here, ultimately making a dish "Californian" by adding fries. The fries definitely add a nice crispiness to the traditional Gyro.Overall: The beef & lamb Gyro was delicious, and I'll for sure have to check out Nick The Greek in person. To also get their dine in experience!

Wasn't a fan of the food. Didn't care for the flavors, everything was soggy. Won't be going again.

So disappointed with the chicken gyro. Tasted alright but barely any chicken. Tiny shreds of chicken that if I made a pile would fit in half of the palm of my hand. Not worth $13.59 nor a trip back ever again.
