My friend and I purchased their intro to kickboxing class toward the end of July. Between the two of us we have called them at least 15 times, left messages, messaged them through facebook and have ZERO response. I tried one more time this morning and now their voicemail is full. I told my friend this and she said it was full last week as well. So for what two full months this business cannot call back or answer their phone for people paying to come to their classes. This is crazy.

Ummm...why are there only two reviews here? This place is A-MAZING!!! Screw 24-hour fitness and the monotony of a gym. Come here!!! The prices are about the same, you're supporting a local business, and the value at Niavaroni's is so much better.Niavarani's is professional, VERY welcoming to females, adults, and youths of all shapes, levels, and sizes I like the management. The instructors are all amazing (EZRA REGAN is my favorite...you're AWESOME!!!).This is what I love most: I can go into a class for an hour, come out drenched in sweat, get an amazing work out, and feel great afterward. And the best part about Niavoroni's: When I come here, I feel like I'm part of a family.

A year ago, I would have rated it 5 stars. Now? It's just OK.Let me expand.I'm here for the kickboxing-- or, Muay Thai. Ezra was a fantastic instructor. Every week we would improve or learn. Now that he is gone, it just isn't the same. Now, the gym is focused primarily on boxing. There is very little new instruction in the way of kickboxing, and I don't think I've seen clinching (a large part of Muay Thai) even mentioned since. The sessions are very formulaic, and have very little variation anymore. Some calisthenic warm up, a round of shadow boxing, some running drills, a little bag work, then no/light contact basic punch drills with a partner. Then the same ab routines and maybe some jump rope.In general, the above isn't really a problem if it was just a cardio burn class offered at the local gym - but this is a dedicated boxing/kickboxing gym that commands a price 2-3x higher than your average gym membership. One thing that does give them a distinct advantage is the hourly class schedule. They run a lot of classes!

BEST KICKBOXING/BOXING GYM!!!Nasser and Alouette are AMAZING. I have been going to Niavaroni's for the last ten years. I have never been disappointed in a workout. Everyone that works out there are friendly and make the work out experience even better. Thank you for always pushing me to be my best! Alouette and Nasser ROCK!

Before I started training here, I admit I was intimidated enough to never check it out. I thought that this is the type of place that only trains pros and they would be snobby toward noobs. I've known about this gym for years, always passing by it and wondering... I really cannot say enough about how much I LOVE this establishment. I haven't been training for that long but I am seriously addicted. Although I haven't exchanged too many words with Nasser, he's a very nice guy but at the same time, he gets down to business. Not somebody I'd mess with. The trainers there, Ezra and Eric, are very welcoming, helpful and never make you feel uncomfortable - unless you're being a sissy lala =) All three of them push you to your limit and make you get the best out of your training whether you want to become a fighter or you want to whip your body into the best shape of your life. This place strives for excellence and will teach you real, legit Muay Thai kickboxing and traditional boxing - none of that fake cardio "kickboxing" crap. You can even learn to spar or do some focus mitt work one-on-one with a trainer. Their schedule says they offer Shotokan karate but I've never been to one of the classes.I've researched other martial arts schools/clubs and honestly, this is the best deal in town as far as pricing. Just give them a call or drop by and see what's up.I also hold a membership at 24 hr fitness and been working out there primarily before I started kickboxing. I've been going to 24 hr for years and I feel like I've just been maintaining what I have. But in just short time I've been at Niavaroni's, I have become much more visibly toned, I've gained muscle and lost fat (I've lost inches in my measurements and I can fit into my smaller clothes), I'm way stronger (I can do REAL push-ups, and more than just one!), I have more stamina/endurance, I am more flexible, I have more energy throughout the day and I just feel real good about my body. My favorite part of the workouts is punching and kicking the heavy bags. After a long, stressful day at work, there is no better stress reliever than to wail out all your pent up aggression on those heavy bags. After a workout, I am drenched in sweat and exhausted but I feel like I'm in cloud nine with all those great endorphins coursing through my body. Kickboxing is the best all-over body workout. So, if you're sitting on the fence about this place, just come in and give it a try - I promise you will absolutely love it. It has changed my life.

My kids joined this place five months ago and in a short period of five months we have seen a phenomenal change in their behavior. They love the work out, they are getting in shape, not to mention that they will be able to defend themselves need be. I'd recommend this place to all with young children. Eric and Ezra themselves being vetern kickboxing champs are great coaches. Very reasonably priced too.

This place is a great place to work out I feel amazing after I leave, and really enjoy the work out. I can't say nothing but great thing's about the instructors from Nasser, Eric Regan, and Ezra Regan. They are always available for any questions you may have to improve your Boxing or Kickboxing techniques. All members are friendly and always willing to help out newbies. Whats sets this place apart to me is that the instructors always say hello and call you by your first name and monitor your progress, and if you happen to miss classes they give you a courtesy call to get your butt back in the gym :) NIAVARONIS!! NIAVARONIS NIAVARONIS!!

I have been a member since I was 15 years old . My hard work and experience earned at this gym changed my life entirely, and helped me become a better man. The trainers here are polite, skilled, and love to teach anyone who puts forth effort. Like any gym, you will get out exactly what you put in. The trainers will push you, and do their best to ensure that you develop proper striking technique. The trainers have been teaching for a very long time and know their stuff. If your a beginner with no knowledge id recommend this gym for you. If your experienced and looking to further develop your striking, id also recommend this gym.
