This is my go to place when I want something light for lunch. I always place my order online so its usually ready by the time I get there. Service is a bit dry but I don't really mind since I'm just there to pick up. I usually get their banana berry bowl which is yummy and filling.

Was craving for açaí bowl and decided to stop by on their $8 Bowl Tuesday. I ordered their Acai Banana Berry Bowl and it was freshly made and delicious! Friendly and fast service! Would come again to try their smoothies and other bowls!

Came in at 12pm to get an açaí bowl but as I tried to open the door it was locked. I tried the other door and still locked. I took a step back to make sure they were open and the sign said OPEN and I was there during the hours of operation. After a few moments of trying to figure out the door, an girl finally opens the door. She didn't apologize or say why the door was locked, all she said was come in so I walked in. I ordered my açaí bowl, and got it after a few mins. The bowl didn't have a lid on it so I asked for a lid and the guy said "uhh.....we have Saran Wrap?!" I stood there shocked and replied "you don't have a lid?" Then then girl stepped in and offered me a lid for drinks and told me to just turn the lid upside down and use it as a lid. HAHA WTF??!? Foreal? The açaí bowl was good but the customer service was laughable. Whoever owns this store needs to make sure their employees are setup for success.

I went to Nekter Juice Bar with a friend after working out. It's located in a strip mall so there's plenty of parking and there are some tables outside. It's expensive for what it is, but sometimes you just want to treat yourself! I think my Protein Power Bowl was nearly $11. The cashier was very friendly. Tip: download the app and sign up for their rewards program! You get a free drink for signing up!

5/5 for the food, service, and location. I have no complaints about Nekter Juice Bar. Their acai bowls are priced well and the portion is generous. Nekter is my go-to if I'm ever craving a bowl. Both of their locations are consistent, so I'm happy. I will continue to come here if i'm ever in the mood for an acai bowl.

Plenty of parking in the shared lot. Clean but small interior. The indoor seating looks a bit cramped; there are a few tables enough to seat ten people, all close to the entrance. Some outdoor seating. Very few customers in the late afternoon on a weekday when I came. No hand sanitizer available, and the staff do not wear masks. They do wear gloves and seem to change to a new pair between customers though. The customer service was good. I ordered two drinks - the pitaya passion and strawberry green tea. The teas are made ahead of time, so the short wait time is mainly from the staff cutting up fresh fruit. The staff was considerate and offered a cup carrier. The pitaya passion was just the right sweetness, though it does have more sour notes as you drink. I would suggest asking them to go easy on the ice, they put half a cup in there for the regular/medium size. If for whatever reason you're drinking after all the ice has melted, the flavor is very diluted.

I have been a fan of Nekter Juice Bar since college down in Southern California, where this chain is much more prevalent. I love that they are making their way into the Sacramento area. On a Friday, having just taken my pups for a nice long walk around Curtis Park, I decided to grab a light lunch at the Nekter juice bar located in Crocker Village.I ordered my typical açai bowl and it was just as delicious as always. My only qualm, and I'm not sure if this is a side effect of the pandemic or not, but the staff were quite cold and unfriendly. I get that people aren't really socializing much anymore but I still believe customer service is key.

I came here for the first time the other day and we were wanting something healthier than our thanksgiving leftovers gluttony and this was the perfect meal. We have been to other locations of nekter but this one was brand new for us. It's in the same plaza as happy lemon (one of our fave boba spots). It's got a nice modern decor and it's quite small but it def wasn't crowded when we went. Fiancé opted for the dragonfruit açaí bowl and it was a very good portion. It's only one size and it was the same size as palmetto supfoods medium bowl. Contacted dragonfruit and açaí base with bananas, strawberries and granola on top. Would have been perfect if we added bee pollen and agave on top. I opted for the pumpkin bowl which is seasonal. It comes with a pumpkin base, Greek yogurt, granola, apples , cinnamon and pumpkin spice powder. It had a good pumpkin flavor, it wasn't too sweet or overwhelming and everything paired together nicely. Would definitely come back for another one! Overall, we love this spot and would come back for our açaí bowl fixes. I haven't tried the smoothies recently so I can't comment on other items.Total for 2: $24

I came in to get a smoothie after class and ordered their Mango Delight smoothie from their menu. For reference I like making my own smoothies at home and my go to is frozen mangoes with almond milk, honey, and chia seeds, so it was as similar as it could be to what they offer. I wasn't expecting much because I haven't really heard of this place before or looked into it. I ordered a small which was $9 after tax and was pretty bummed out. It was watered down a bit in my opinion but maybe that's how it always tastes? The service was fine not much to complain about, and the interior was small but cute and clean. Wouldn't say I come here as my first choice but maybe as a last resort.

I got served half of the portion I regularly get in any other Nekter. On top of that when I asked for a bigger granola cup on the side, the worker said, " this is the only size we have for granola." Totally cool. So I asked if I could get 2 more. She kindly said yes, however, the other worker came up to me with the funniest rude attitude and said, "this is like 2 extra dollars don't ever take advantage of us again" this made me laugh inside because it was so cringe. I was getting great service by the other worker and then she comes and starts being ridiculously cringe. It was a bad experience but at least it made me laugh. If you want a quick laugh at some cringe, by all means go here. If you want an actual Açaí bowl I do not recommend this location at all. Any other Nekter will do great, not here.
