Namaste Food Truck

I saw this interesting-looking truck in Anatolia near the clubhouse and I thought I would try it out ("food truck Tuesdays"). I ordered the chicken tikka burrito and was very disappointed as it was filled with mostly rice! There were only like 5 small pieces of chicken. Total rip off... not worth $15. The service was quick but what's the point if you're getting served a rice burrito.

If you spot this food truck they are worth trying out! Food is on the pricey side but if you want to try something new than their style of Indian Fusion is unique. I really enjoyed their Chicken Tikka Burrito. It had lots of great flavors. I don't know if there is someplace that I can find a set schedule for this food truck but if I did I want to try them again.

This food truck is the bomb! Best food truck and best Indian food I have had in a long time. I'll admit I'm a white dude, but my best friend is Indian and this reminded me of back in the day when his grandma would cook for us. [RIP]My family shared the garlic naan, butter chicken burrito and masala fries. I'll take them one at a time:Garlic naan was legit. A little on the pricey side at $4 a piece, but good enough I didn't complain. The burrito was incredible. We went back and all shared a second one. Absolutely delicious. I will be going to their physical restaurant soon to get that butter chicken again. The only disappointment was the masala fries. The flavor was great, but it was really hard to eat and got soggy quick. Not sure they could do much about that off a food truck so I don't downgrade them for that. The service was excellent. People were friendly. I will 100% be back again and you should go too. We need more food trucks like this in the area.

The food was amazing! It came out so warm, with the perfect amount of spice! I got the paneer loaded fries and paneer tacos, and the portions were really good! The people working at the truck were super nice, and made sure we enjoyed the food! The food truck is located in a parking lot next to the gas station, and it had plenty of parking! Definitely recommend checking this place out!

We stumble across this truck by accident, and I am now obsessed. They have the best samosas I have ever eaten. Flavorful, and spicy. I'll be eating my way through the menu from this point forward.

I really wanted to like you guys. but for the price, butter chicken and naan was horrible.

This was a interesting experience. Let me first preface this review by saying that this truck is bomb. If you are Wine Tasting at the Old Sugar Mill in Clarksburg and you see this truck in the distance, you definitely haaaaaave to try this place. We ordered one order of Butter Chicken Fries, and two orders of Spring Rolls and that was plenty of food. Pleeeenty. They give you all the food and at no sacrifice for the quality spent. The Spring Rolls definitely taste homemade. Those Butter Chicken Fries were the star of the show though. Everyone in my group had to at least get a couple bites in and they are totally shareable. I really liked that they used Waffle Fries too..Actually getting the food was the tricky part. For some reason that day the internet signal was bad and my g/f(who uses AT&T) was having issues. Funny enough when I was paying I gave the gentleman my credit card and he said that he's gonna try and run it again. He said hes been having problems all day with the internet. He says they use AT&T and thats when I mentioned that my girlfriend was having issues with her phone too. It was all good though. They ended up letting me use Venmo so it worked out. Just wanted to give people a heads up though of my experience. Still was totes worth the food. Yall gotta try this truck!!!

Namaste Foods is a food truck that often shows up during SacToMoFo pop-up events. They offer Indian fusion food like chicken and paneer rice bowls, burritos, and naan. For each category of food I saw one vegetarian option (paneer) and one vegan option (chana or chickpeas) which is amazing!They allow online ordering for their events. I still had to wait a few minutes because they only accepted my order when I got to the order counter, but there wasn't a line so not too long of a wait. I got the Butter Chicken burrito which was ok--it was heavy on the rice and yellow sauce, but not too much chicken. I asked to have it spicy with the sauce on the side but they didn't follow the order directions (these were options on the online ordering system, not a note I wrote in for a custom order). For $12 it was filling and tasty. I want to try the paneer and rice bowls next time. I also got a mango lassi, my favorite! It was a little too sweet for my tastes so I watered it down. However the mango flavor was great and I detected a hint of ginger too. $3 for one cup. Definitely an interesting fusion truck to shake things up, with fast service and pretty good prices!

I was hesitant to try this place, based off it having limited reviews; however, they have to start somewhere, right?! I was greeted by the nicest, most welcoming staff as I ordered... wait for it... a Butter Chicken Burrito! It was filled with biryani, yogurt, sliced veggies, and chana.Wow, is all I can say. I'm going right back to order a Chana Masala rice bowl for my better half; it was that good. Can't wait to try the Samosas.

Got to try this awesome food truck when they were in Elk Grove. I didn't intend on buying anything from here initially, but the butter chicken loaded fries sounded too good to pass up. And let me tell you, they were so yummy. We ended up devouring it among the 5 of us that got to try it. It was consistently a favorite with my group. I love the creativity & fusion of Indian food and other types of food. I am excited to try more items on the menu since they all sound so good.
