Nails Advantage

I always enjoy getting a pedicure here, the deluxe package is 60mins and such a good deal. Everyone is so welcoming & Queen did my nails last time. She was thorough and did a great job. Definitely recommend.

Tried this place on a whim. Absolutely terrible. The color was not what I requested, however Mi Mi did offer to change the polish, but after seeing how awful the actual nails were I just decided to leave. They are thick, uneven and overall an embarrassment. I will be going somewhere else to have them fixed. And $50 for a full set that I have to have redone is just annoying.

The service is hit or miss I have now come to see. I got a very simple set put on Saturday evening and the sizes of my nails done match up and on one of my nails the polish is starting to come off. I have had these nails on for less than 48 hours. Yes we were the last customers of the day but that doesn't mean that the service should lack. And to top it off I paid $60 for my full set that is basic and my sister who got a complicated full set on was only $55.

It's been a hit or miss here. But today, mimi did my nails (basic pedicure and full set) and I'm so happy! I love my nails!

I have been coming here for over 20 years, specially to see Helen to wax my eyebrows. She listens to me and is great at following the shape of my face. She is available very quickly with a quick text or call ahead. Sometimes I just stop in and wait, she's worth it!I lived out of state for 5 years and would wait until I came home for a visit to wax my eyebrows whenever possible. She also has an incredible memory and is so sweet. Helen doesn't work sun and mon, so keep that in mind when booking a waxing appointment!

Harris gave me an amazing pedicure this evening. He's a quite man, doesn't speak the best english,so I wouldn't recommend engaging in a long conversation if you have him, but he's very sweet and genuine, and he's very great at what he does. He gave me an amazing foot and leg massage and took his time with my color. It didn't feel rushed, and it was very relaxing. I would definitely come back and see him again.

Service was nice but the location is so dirty and unsanitary. Nail powder was left on my nails and just painted over, then he went to file it down with the sander making for bumpy nails. Won't be back, please clean the surfaces and floors!

If i could give less than one star i would. This place is absolutely atrocious. Their bathroom hasn't been cleaned and resembles the status of a port-a-potty. Fucking Disgusting.That's the first thing, the second is the service. I had asked her to stop cutting around my cuticles because they were bleeding at that point, she gave me a disgusting look and kept going !!These IDIOTS here do NOT have respect for their CUSTOMERS.AT ALL!! You're better off flushing your money than waisting it here!!! A bunch of SELFISH and CARELESS BITCHES for lack of better terms!!!

I had a pedicure here and after I lady I realized that the polish on a couple of my nails dried bumpy. I went back and asked them to fix it and the young girl did. An hour later I looked down and realized the same thing happened. In addition, they only take cash. Cash only is just a hassle. Who carries cash these days? I won't go here again.

I have gone to Nails Advantage numerous times & have received excellent service from Phen & Tammy. However, my recent visit with my daughter was not a pleasant experience for her. The cuticles on her toes were cut too short & she tried to tell Helen that it was hurting her. Then Helen had to leave to give a facial & Amy finished the pedicure. Again, cutting more cuticles which hurt. Lastly, she put old polish on my daughter's toes. She went back to talk to Amy the next day & ask for a refund. She was offered $10. My daughter insisted on a full refund $35. Amy was rude to her, did not even apologize, but finally refunded the full amount. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to Nails Advantage because of the attitude of the owner, Amy.
