That bread though. Mmm mmm it was tasty. The gentleman in the back doing the baking was kind and conversational as I was new to the store. I can't wait to get back and continue my discovery. The store was packed with awaiting adventures. So much to take in. It was crowded but clean.

Two times I called them and order fresh Afghan Bread, they told me to come over an hour it will be ready for me. When I went there they told me someone took your order. the next time they took my order and my name and told me to come over in 45 min when I got to there store the owner told me , we have only a day old bread fresh bread is sold out .Which kind of business they're doing with there own customers !Take customer order and tell customer it'll be ready for you .I am not recommended this store for the not good customer service!

Very helpful owner. This small little shop has lots to offer , the best are the fresh made Afghani naan ... they have a few different types , regular. Whole wheat and Roghani naan. My Mom and I drove up from Stockton for these awesome naan. They were fresh out of the oven. Variety of snack items , daals and many other items. I would highly recommend making the trip .

Super friendly staff best middle Eastern or Afghani grocery store you can find everything,include delicious bread. Bread are made fresh everyday.

I attended this market yesterday and found a pleasant aroma of baking fresh-bread filling out the store. I head to wait about 1/2 hr. to have one of those delicious breads. That being said I got absolutely happy that there is a place in Elk Grove to buy fresh bread. In general I found the store well- organized in spite of not having enough space for everything. The only thing I didn't like was that not everything had a price tag and I had to keep asking the busy owners for the price.

The customer service is terrible, and I have found hair inside the bread on multiple occasions. The bread maker does not wear gloves or a hat, and the place is very dirty. I will be informing the health department about this. They charge too much for items they buy at Costco and double the price. I will be posting more reviews and sharing some photos soon. They store food in the bathroom and the butcher is located next to the bathroom. If you bring up your concerns to the owner, they are indifferent and suggest that you should leave if you are not satisfied.

Was looking for Kataifi to make viral Dubai chocolate. They had the Kunafa dough in stock for a reasonable price! Will definitely come back.

Nice market very clean and friendly people there the Naan's were made fresh I got them still warm.
