We recently just started eating here. Actually came for a different spot in the plaza and saw this place and decided to give it a try. Service is great, food is delicious! Definitely give them a try, I believe it family owned. But they are the sweetest! We've been dining in almost every other week. Recommendations!clear noodles with lots of Meats! (27A)Wonton soupBeef carpaccio is a must try!Thai tea!Vietnamese ice coffee.

Came here by default, but it was a nice change of Vietnamese restaurant. Definitely hole in the wall, tucked on a corner of a small plaza that once was hustling and bustling. It was late afternoon, so nobody was there except dirty tables. It was not a pleasing first sight as why the tables haven't been cleaned when there weren't any customers. Mom has been here once before, so she vouched for the food. I was in the mood for something other than pho, so I ordered the Bun Rieu and mom ordered some special dish (which I don't remember). Surprisingly, the Bun Rieu was quite flavorful and pleasing to the palette. The bowl was plentiful and I couldn't finish most of the meats. Even after our meals, the table hasn't been cleaned. It was quite bothersome to me and I just can't shake it off. Will be back if mom requests it.

Wow this place actually slaps. A Viet coworker recommended to me the dry clear noodles here bc that's what they're known for, and said the pho and rice plates are good too (but I only tried the dry noodles). Took a good 40+ min for our (party of 6) order to come out but worth the wait. My critical family approved of the food.Tried dry noodles, sweet and sour soup, claypot fish, and spare ribs. The ribs were whatever but it came with pickled veggies which complimented the ribs. The sweet and sour soup was so good and my grandparents were raving about it nonstop. The dry noodles were good after I added some vinegar to it. Would come again if I had a lot of time to wait.

Bring a good appetite; the portions are generous. The food was delicious. The soup broth is made from bones and scraps and simmered overnight for an authentic slow-food taste. The chef balances sweet-sour-salty well and knows how to grill with proper char but not overdone. We had no trouble ordering in English, although other patrons were ordering in Vietnamese. I subtracted one star because I didn't care for the loud pop music. But do go for the food. It's not fast food; it is worth the wait.

I got small beef pho with extra tendon on the side. It was super delicious and filling. This place is better than Pho City. I totally recommend the pho here. Our server was super friendly and kind. Come get your pho fix here!! :)

The food was okay, not the best in my opinion. The waiter knew no English, which made the ordering process a little complicated. My sister had to use Google translation to make a request. The place was very clean, however, it was extremely hot (it was 8 p.m.). The AC seemed broken and our water was not refilled. The pho was not steaming hot, it was just regular temperature which got cold quick.

If this is your first time coming, order their "Hu Tieu Kho" Aka "Chef's special with rice noodle DRY version" you can have it with the soup version but TRUST me the dry noodle is BOMB and this is what the restaurant is known for. I recommend ordering the soup on the side so you can add a little bit of broth to help mix the noodle/meat/sauce together. To be honest if you get something that's not hu tieu it might be a hit or miss. My friend ordered the lemongrass chicken curry and he said it was just okay... Aside from the food, I gave this place a lower rating because the service is slow. It took ~ 25 mins for the food to come out with only 2 other parties in the restaurant so keep that in mind if you're in a rush. I'd probably order on the phone and just take it to go.

The food here is really great. Whenever I come back to town I love to come here. I almost always eat the whole dish. Everyone is always very nice and quick to take care of us. It's not really a table service place, you will get up to ask for additional items, but they're always working hard keeping it clean and well presented
