Moss Hair Salon + Spa

I went to Moss Hair Salon for the first time and had my hair cut by Emily. The salon is very cute and clean. They offer complimentary drinks including wine. Emily did a fabulous job, I am so happy with my hair cut! She was very sweet and easy to work with. I'm so glad I found her and this salon!

Kabra is just awesome and just knows how to cut and style hair and is super knowledgeable. I always feel so pretty leaving the salon after my cut and style. Highly recommend!

Sabrina is the sweetest and communicated with me the whole time to make sure we were on the same page! She's got such a relaxing persona and did an amazing job on my hair. I found my new go-to hair stylist ! I wish I had the before pics that she took, cause I came to her as a hot mess lol

Sabrina is the best hairstylist I have ever been to. She finishes every color and cut with perfect percision. The vibe she carries is easily the best. She explains perfectly how everything will turn out. I felt like a new woman leaving her chair. I am so grateful to have found her and will never go to another stylist. She is awesome and if you are wondering if you should get your hair done by Sabrina, the answer is YES! You won't be disappointed! Great atmosphere as well :) thank you!

I absolutely love the way Sabrina cut my hair! I went in for a whole new look as a first time mom and she truly brought her A-game! Sabrina took the time to communicate everything that she was doing to vamp up my new hairdo, was friendly, and great at customer service. In addition to her being my new go to hair girl, Moss Salon is the cutest salon around! With an awesome vibe, great employees, and amazing prices, I will for sure be referring this place to my local friends and family! Oh! And my new lob was definitely HUBBY APPROVED! Thank you Moss for the amazing experience!

The reason for the one star rating is because I specifically asked for a "bump" - I even texted the stylist the attached screenshot showing what I wanted, which she herself advertised. She then told me how they don't "call it a bump anymore" but when I said I want my roots done, she said, "no problem, it's the same thing."Of course I thought we were still talking about doing my roots. Why wouldn't I? I pay the same price with other salons for the same bump. However, when I checked out, she charged me $125 instead of $35. When I asked why and told her I had sent her the screenshot of what I wanted, she loudly embarrassed me in front of other guests and staff. I was so embarrassed I left. When I got home I texted the stylist to tell her I felt misled. She apologized, then blamed the salon for changing their prices. I asked her to have the owner to contact me. So far she has not. Before this experience, I had the same stylist for 7 years. There are a lot of talented stylists in the area, and most of them are reputable, so I'm sure I'll find a great stylist soon, but in my mind an owner doesn't bother to call client immediately after the client complains and requests a call because they were misled, is a sign that the owner lacks a basic appreciation for customers. I paid a premium for Moss Hair's lack of ethics, but hopefully people reading this post won't have to.

Such an amazing experience going to Moss! I'm always greeted with friendly faces, refreshing beverages & always leave with the most amazing hair!

Alyssa at Moss did my 15 year old Granddaughter's hair last month (she is very picky) it came out perfect, she LOVES it. Color and cut. Alyssa is super nice and professional sending off the perfect vibe for an excellent salon experience.So this month, it was my turn and I decided to break all the rules of being loyal to my former hair dresser. I made an appointment with Alyssa.I am so glad I did!!! I finally got the cut exactly that I had wanted. My hair moves and lays perfect like everyday is a "good hair day" and my hair color is FANTASTIC. I haven't been this happy with my hair in years!! The Salon is modern, clean and warm. lastly, the girls at reception very friendly and kind.Bravo to MH and Alyssa!.

My stylist Janessa really listened to me and took so much time to get it right when I wasn't really sure how to explain what I wanted. Love my color and cut. The salon is very pretty and relaxing!

Sierra is the absolute best! Whether you want bright blonde, lived In color, or a staple hair cut she has you covered! I highly recommend booking with her. You won't be disappointed!
