Pozole $14. It's not your traditional pozole. I didn't care for the flavor. But still flavorful with a spicy zingy-ness.

Wow, Moonraker definitely lives up to its hype for a family-friendly, warm and inviting brewery/restaurant. I have had this place bookmarked for as long as I can remember and I'm just so jazzed to have finally had the opportunity to visit, huge plus the weather was sunny and perfect! If you haven't heard of Moonraker, they are a known brewery with their original location in Auburn. This location was built to have more of a restaurant feel, that includes indoor and outdoor seating plus a park area for the kiddos. The atmosphere is so fun and the decor is clean + modern farmhouse vibes. The menu is great in offering different food from breakfast items, to sandwiches, salads, pizzas and more! I jumped at the chance to try the crispy friend chicken sammie and it was sooooo good, so big I had leftovers for the ride home back to Sac! Highly recommend this sandwich, it comes with fries too which were extra crispy and good! The selection of beers on tap is quite decent. I love me a good sour and the one beer they had was refreshingly perfect. So overall, my expectations were met and more! I would absolutely come back here for another visit with my family and friends! Ps. Parking can get full fast so plan ahead and arrive early, because on a nice sunny day this place gets packed.

First of all, the atmosphere and environment is on point! Family friendly and clean. Good selection of beers. It can get crowded so expect long lines. Delicious beers, my Pilsner was good. For food I ordered the Millhouse Burger. The good things about this burger, the meat patty was cooked and seasoned good. Only downfall about this burger is it had too much liquid which made it soggy. The bun become soggy and broke down easily. The burger sauce and onions and grease from the patty made my burger too wet. Wish it was less mess and more put together. Otherwise it was good. Burger came with fries which was good. Worth the drive to come out to Cameron Park. I would return for a second visit.

This place was a lot bigger than I had expected and tons of outdoor seating too! The inside is decorated really cute like farmhouse style. Very light and inviting.Great selection of craft beers, just wish they had a few more hours or seltzers for me. Staff was very friendly.Food was really good. Hubby and I shared a pizza. Would like to go back in the summer and sit outside. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.

Love the vibe of this place! Great indoor/outdoor space. I got the kolsch which I really liked. We sat outdoors and there was a very wide customer makeup: kids, couples, friend groups, families. We shared a dill pickle pizza and if you like pickles and pizza, this was great! We also got the veggie combo to share.

I'm honestly so happy I discovered this place on my drive to Tahoe! They have a supercharger which is why we stopped here, and so glad we did! We ordered the mushroom soup, Italian pizza, and mushroom burger. All of them were amazing! Particularly though, I loved the mushroom soup. They must have added truffle oil or something to it cause it tasted soooo good and full of truffle flavor the bread on the side was also really unique and flakey which I loved. Would totally come back here again on my drive up to Tahoe! Also the decor is really cute with great ambiance. 10/10 would recommend!

Came here a few months ago with my boyfriend and his friends. This place is huge and family-friendly. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. I saw online that they even have live music sometimes which is cool.I'm not a beer drinker but my boyfriend and his friends enjoyed some beer. I got the chicken sando and a soda which was just alright.

Moonrakers Millhouse in Cameron Park is a hidden gem with an amazing modern vibe and a strong family-oriented atmosphere. From the inviting café to the brews on tap and a great American menu, my wife and I had an absolute blast here with two of our best friends. The outdoor porch area is spacious, complete with a stage that hosts weekend events, making it a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy live entertainment. The quality is top-notch, and we're already planning to reserve a table for monthly meetups with our crew. This place is a must-visit!

Beautifully designed brewery/gastropub in the Cameron Park/EDH area. Large warehouse style brewery with tons of open seating and large tables for friends and family to gather. Plenty of attentive and friendly servers who make everything run smoothly.Of course, the beers are tap are plentiful and awesome - we thoroughly enjoyed our drink selections. Plenty of wine and non alcoholic options as well. The food was tasty gastropub fare - the chicken sandwich was crispy and tasty, fries are well seasoned, and the tacos are good (albeit very small street taco style). The overall vibe is very well designed and spacious to accommodate any types of gatherings. There are plenty of outdoor seats in the summer and even a playground in the corner of the outdoor patio where kids can run around and the parents can watch and relax.Plenty of attached parking.Prices are definitely a bit on the expensive/pricey side - for a plate of tacos with rice/beans and a chicken sandwich/fries, we were pushing nearly $50.Would still recommend this place overall, just remember it's more of a gastropub/brewery than a regular bar.

Visiting friends in the sac area so this was our first visit and definitely won't be the last! The Caesar salad was amazing, the fried capers were a good addition. The pizzas are very lovely and just the right size. The spicy chicken tenders has just the right amount of kick to them, and we loved the hot honey. They were fairly busy on a Saturday night around 6pm, and we luckily were able to snag a table. I love the outdoor seating area and wish they had heat lamps in the winter.
