Mood Nails

The most unkind interaction with the male working there. Tried to tell me I don't care for myself because of how my nails look and my work and life must look the same. I was absolutely shocked and so taken aback that any human let alone a business person felt compelled to give me free feedback on my life based on my short nails because I didn't want them longer. The woman that gave me a manicure was very nice and professional. I hope you choose to frequent another salon more deserving of your hard earned money! I will never return. Less than one star!

Very disappointing experience there today. They charged me $2.00 to use my credit card. I have had my nails done all over Roseville and Auburn, and none of them charge that much. The most I have been charged is $1.00 to use my card.The man that was talking to me had an unpleasant demeanor with me. They didn't have a way to take my Discover card, so I changed cards. Then the tip had to be $$ cash only. I had $2.00 cash in my purse. The young gal who did my nails didn't get all the polish off on my nails or under my nails. Then on top of that did not file or buff my nails. So I paid $15 for a polish change only, $2 card charge & $2 tip.Total of $19 for a non gel polish change, no filing of my nails. The young gal walked off, and didn't even put me under the light. (it makes me wonder if she even had a license)Every place files and buff your nailswith a polish change.I should have gone where I regularly go by the 7'11 store where they only charge me $10.They lost a customer; and I will not goback again. The man was told by myself that I had been there before.That's how you treat repeat customers!

I have been coming here for years and never leave disappointed. They are true artists and masters of their skills. True talent.

I love mood nails! The owners are wonderful and everyone there does an awesome job! I've been going for several years and am always happy with my nails. Today Danny did some snowflakes on ombré nails for me they are so cute! Thought it was about time I gave them the recognition they deserve!

the people that work here are EXTREMLY judgmental and rude. I felt very uncomfortable the whole time I was here. They judge everyone that comes in and make it super obvious. They think just because people don't speak their language that it is ok to criticize. They are super rude short and dry with you and barley listen to what you want. I had to repeat myself multiple times to them and they still didn't know what I wanted and seemed mad about what I was asking for and mad that I wasn't spending extra money because I didn't want acrylic tips when all I wanted was a simple French tip.

the dude dosnet apprently know how to do french tips.. it was $95 for a pedicure and wtv that is. he claimed they wete santa hats and then charged almost $75..

The man that I assume is the owner is the rudest person I have ever met. Do not go here. Not only will your nails look horrible but you will be insulted and disrespected by this man. Kindness is free and good for business, he doesn't quite understand that part!

Guy did a good job on my nails but adding $2 because I used my credit card felt slimy. There's a sign but it's in the corner. Please move it to the front counter. It feels deceitful.

I have been going to Mood Nails for years and years. Danny and Laura are awesome. I left my purse (don't ask) and they kept is until the next day. Completely trustworthy folks!I get polka dots all the time, they have fun taking liberties designing what they should look like time and time again.
