Monarch Pole Dance

i've loved my experience at monarch :) i've taken private sessions with ceci as well as pole level 1 & choreography classes. ceci was very attentive and patient with me as i get super confused and constantly ask her to repeat things lol. she is very detailed with her instruction & gives lots of tips to make moves look as flowy and pretty as possible :) i feel like a much stronger and more confident dancer even though i'm still very much a beginner!the vibe in the group classes are so supportive, fun, & safe. the choreography is very suitable to the level being taught & very challenging at the same time! it's a great opportunity to feel sexy, get a great workout, and learn lots of fun new stuff! i'm super excited to continue my journey in pole & dance and monarch with great teachers, great guidance, and other supportive students :)

I came to this studio with zero experience. After one year I am a confident Level 2 student. All the instructors here are experienced and professional, supportive and friendly. I love the diversity and positive vibe at the studio! My body can't be more thankful!I also love their special events and sessions. The instructors can prepare you for Pole Sports Organization competitions and help you with custom choreos for showcases and videos.

I started going to Monarch in October 2023 for silks with instructor Jewelle, I have years of previous aerial experience (pole, lyra) but that was my first time trying silks. I quickly fell in love and Jewelle has been amazing, now October 2024 I am in intermediate classes and feeling stronger each week. I also recently started taking Destiny's level 2 on Wednesdays. She is so sweet and supportive and has been helping me regain my strength and skill after a 3 month break earlier this year due to surgery. Highly recommend checking out this studio!

Love this space so much! All the teacher are extremely welcoming and very well trained. All the teachers are extremely knowledgeable and go above and beyond. It's a very fun and welcoming space

I have been taking pole classes at Monarch for over two years now and its so much fun ! I started taking Destinys level one classes and now I am a level two and im addicted! Destiny is an amazingly talented teacher. She is so good at pole and is so great at explaining how to get in and out of poses. Tell your sisters , aunts, moms, and best friends to go take a pole class! Its so fun !

I love coming to this studio. This is the only pace i feel like i can let go of any stress and just practice my skills! I have been coming here since August 2023. I had never done pole or dance and the instructors made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I have taken most of my classes with Ceci and Jane and they both have such different styles but they both are patient, are very detailed in their instruction, and they make sure to encourage you to grow in your abilities. Not once have i felt judged or like i did not belong. The studio is always so clean and its so pretty, i guarantee youll enjoy coming here! I especially love how each level has its own focus and allows room for growth and perfecting of skills!

I absolutely adore this studio and all of the instructors who teach here So far I have taken classes with Ceci, Courtney, Iona, Allie, and Destiny, and they are all so incredibly talented and supportive!!!! I have social anxiety, but I always feel supported and encouraged by them and they teach in a way that is easy to learn from. Ceci has started offering choreo classes where she teaches on both sides and it has helped me so much in maintaining better body alignment. I LOVE all of the instructor's styles. They each have something special to offer and there is a large variety to learn. I am so happy with the progress I have made as a dancer by coming here regularly and it makes me excited to continue. It's also been incredible to have the opportunity to learn from instructors like Estefanía Jiménez and Doris Arnold. Monarch's first showcase was soooooo much fun and I am beyond excited for the upcoming Halloween showcase. This studio really is so special and I am so grateful to be a student here

i've only taken a few classes here and it seemed to be an ok studio. the poles are really tall which could be a win for the more advanced polers. iona was the best instructor there, the other ones i took classes with were kinda awkward to be around. i also don't like how you can see inside the building from the parking lot. most studios are pretty discreet and it's weird knowing that anyone walking or driving by can look inside and see you in your bra/short shorts lol. they have lyra and silks classes which is the only pole studio in the area that offers those too (i think). i took a few lyra classes with angela and she's very talented but i don't feel like her beginner classes are actually beginner friendly. overall it's a good studio and it's a lot better than vertical fitness in roseville but a step below rise pole fitness.

Clean, spacious studio with plenty of free parking. They have small lockers to store your belongings at the front. There is also a small seating area with comfortable couches and chandelier. I liked that there are large mirrors so you can watch yourself learn. Staff was very responsive when I reached out with a question. My aerial silks instructor was very encouraging, supportive, and friendly. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a fun place and great workout.

I went for my first time- no experience whatsoever and had an absolute BLAST. Destiny did an AMAZING job at making me feel comfortable my first time on the pole and I felt no judgment from her at all!! She is such a great instructor and I highly recommend you book with her if you are thinking of going!
