We have eaten at Meridians a few times since we moved to SCLH. The food and service have been excellent every time. The baked potato soup was outstanding and we hope they make it again. The service has always been quick and exact! We will be coming here often.

Worst service and responsiveness of management in my experience. They are not interested in criticism ... and that is all they should receive. Not my usual style of review -- look them up!But this place deserves special treatment ...Not the servers, by the way. They must ignore their manager because they were very caring and patient.

If Meridians is open to the public it must compete with nearby restaurants, but sad to say it does not. Most of the food is pre-frozen and reheated and over cooked. Dishes are changed and not for the best. Service is very slow. I would go on, but too sad to go on. Such a beautiful place needs an excellent restaurant. Not only for the local residents, but those who choose this restaurant over others.Sad that most try it only once. Keep trying, there is a new Chef--hopefully he will adjust to the need for fresh food, fresh ingredients and fresh/faster service. And please do not over cook/heat up food---french fries are still great however!

Consistently good for lunch & dinner. The new Chef has had a positive effect on virtually every meal. Menus are more interesting and diverse, the lunch special with half sandwich and soup is a bargain at $13 and the daily soup offerings are all excellent.

Whenever we are in the Lincoln Sun City neighborhood, Meridians is often our first choice when it comes to dining, whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner. The menu offers a nice selection of foods that would satisfy any appetite. I often like to try different things whenever we visit. Michael our server was friendly and attentive. This time I ordered a Shrimp Louis and a Tequila Sunrise. My dad got a grilled Chicken Sandwich with ice tea, brother-in-law got Fish & Chips with a Sierra Nevada beer, and my sister got Seared Salmon with potato salad, Piper Sonoma Brut and a flourless Chocolate cake for dessert, (because it's gluten free). As usual, our dinners did not disappoint. We were full, satisfied and enjoyed family time together in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, which included some nice golf course views, by the way.

I've lived in Sun City for 22 years and, overall, have been disappointed in Meridians and very rarely went there. However, I had dinner there last night and was pleasantly surprised. Food and service were great. I hope they treat this new Chef well as we don't want to lose him!!!

Unfortunately in the 8 months since we last tried this restaurant, the food has not improved. We were served a short rib pasta dish with a mushroom cream sauce that was curdled with the oil separating in the bottom of the dish. Very disappointing.Service was okay.

Went to Meridians Restaurant in Lincoln today along with our neighborhood ladies group. There were 16 of us. Realizing it takes time to wait on a group of this size but they knew in advance of our large attendance. They only had 1 waitress in the peak lunch hour. It took 40 minutes before she even came to our table and a little grumpy and defensive. One of the ladies had to leave early for a dr's appt today so she mentioned to the waitress and asked if she could get her bill at the same time she got her meal. The waitress said "no" she had to approach our table strategically and go on down the line. She said if she were to mix it up the computer would not accept it (WHAT, WHOEVER HEARD OF THAT). So basically, my friend had to wait her turn and pray that she was able to make her dr's appt on time. What should have only been one hour maybe one hour and thirty minutes turned into over two hours. Why would you schedule only 1 person during a peak hour. They said if we had booked the solarium they could have accommodated us with two waitresses but it would have been an extra charge. They did not suggest that in advance, they just seated us where there was only 1 waitress. Poor excuse for service and you have lost 16 customers because we won't be back.
