Mely's Churros

More than 5 stars if I could. So delicious! Crispy sugary goodness. The inside is soft and warm. I had the regular one and fresa filled. Both are so great!

We attended the Cinco de Mayo festivities in downtown Lincoln . They had food trucks, live music and much more. That is when we saw this big churro truck lol .. We approached the truck and they had the menu printed all over the truck . They sell churros for $5 each let me tell you they are huge ! You can get them stuffed or original if you get them stuffed the flavors they offer are Cajeta-caramel Crema -vanilla cream Fresa-strawberry Chocolate Queso crema -cream cheese Or mixed They churros are fresh to order . When we got our churros we were in churro heaven so delicious ! I keep thinking about it . We want more ! I never saw this truck in Lincoln before and I will definitely be keeping an eye out for it . The service was amazing very attentive and nice . They always offer smoothies, and coffee . If you see this truck, I highly recommend trying it out.

I first tried their churros at my friend's wedding in Elk Grove. What a wonderful surprise. I came across their truck again a year later and these churros are still fire. I have to say these are my favorite ever. Better than those popular ones down south at a certain theme park. Yes I said it. Now you want to try these don't you? We ordered one vanilla cream filled and one caramel filled churros. These are made fresh. So buttery. There hasn't been a line the last two times we've went. They are so good you won't want to share, so be sure to get one for yourself. Of course we will be back!

The BEST churros EVER. The churros themselves + chocolate, vanilla, strawberry fillings are vegan/dairy free. The churros are made fresh to order and the fillings aren't overly sweet. I love mixing vanilla and chocolate together.

*CURRENTLY ONLY OPENED MON, THURS AND FRIDAYS*My favorite is the caramel filled one! Made fresh on the spot. Crisp on the outside and soft in the middle filled with deliciousness. I love that it's not overly sweet especially when you ask for light filling.

Mely's catered our wedding for dessert and we couldn't be happier with the result. All of our guests loved the churros and went back for seconds and sometimes thirds! Pricing was very reasonable and would for sure hire again if we ever needed a Churro Truck. Thank you!

I hired Mely's Churros to bring a churro truck to my wedding as a late night snack. It was a dream of mine to see the food truck pull up to my outdoor venue. All of my guests absolutely loved it and said the churros were DELICIOUS! I would highly recommend Mely's Churros :)

Very bad prices. Charged me $37 for 10 churros. Mind you there is no parking space as is. Do not waste your time, your money deserves to be worth spent elsewhere!

WOW! these churros really hit! the perfect airy crunch paired with the fillings and cinnamon sugar coating gave me carnival nostalgia flash backs. and they did no skimp on the filling either. the caramel filling was not too sweet and complimented the cinnamon sugar well. but the strawberry!! if you like strawberry toaster strudels, then you will love these. the strawberry still has a little tart to it and doesn't overpower the churro. mind you, this food truck is located in a truck stop area - super unassuming for the yummiest churros. we'll 100% be back here once i get a craving for something fried and sweet!
