Melba & William Al Erven Park

Small park near by the residential area.quiet neighborhood and looks clean and safe.Parking will be on the street.Not busy park.came in the weekend morning and the only family playing. Love the design.Dragon boat park.lots of climbing stairs and slides.the slides has the middle cut design for the water to flow down.so after the rain they don't store water on the slide. For the climbing one the handles are kind of hiding behind the wall design.small kid probably will be hesitate to climb up.most of the climbing one has both handle visible for the kids to hold.this one is only one side and the handle just hiding behind the structure. There is 1 green dragon structure on the ground.lots of trees and benches. Does not has shades but is good since it's pretty good weather on fall season.The park looks nice and clean. No restroom since it's a small park.Overall it's pretty fun park for small kids.

Nice little park in a residential area! Very minimal shade though. They do have picnic tables and a bbq area which is nice!You are greeted by a giant lockness monster coming out of the ground! On a cooler day, it would be perfect for older kids to climb on! My 11 month old loves going under it. In the playground, there is bark and a small little structure for play. The front of the structure is a small ship with a large steering wheel to turn and play captain! There are holes in the ship to climb through. The structure itself has enclosed railings which is nice so the little ones don't fall. It is definitely catered to older kids. I wish there were more interactive activities for the younger kids. I also wish they had swings!

Nice quiet park. A little on the small side. Nice green areas, but not a lot of shade. Playground area, sea serpent thing (not really for climbing). Drinking fountain, picnic tables, benches, bbq, nice grassy areas with small trees. A basketball hoop is on one far side of the park. One side of the park backs to an open field, the other side is a neighborhood with homes right across a small street.

It's a beautiful playground but is very dangerous. The top area is too high and the slides are extremely high. Your child will hit side to side and slip off:/ the bottom slides are perfect but I definitely think the higher area is unnecessary and someone is going to get hurt.
