Service was great. Salads were great. Things were labeled GF , accommodations easy. The Korean bbq chicken tacos had almost no flavor. Even with the sour cream and salsa, just bland. Kids meals were good. We had grilled cheese and fries. Kids burrito. Kids pasta. Tons of beers available, many local (30+) Good ambiance. Good seating. -1 star for the bland dish.

Recently visited Meet & Eat on a late Sunday morning and had an overall great experience! They have a small parking lot out front, but there's plenty of two hour street parking in the neighborhood, which doesn't apply on Sunday and Saturday. There was no wait time and was able to get a table for two right away. The hostess was welcoming when you first enter into the restaurant. My server also provided great service and answered all of our questions since it was our first time. My table had the breakfast plate with two eggs, chicken apple sausage, fruit, toast, and potatoes, and the steak and egg plate. Everything was delicious. Great portion sizes for the price. My table also ordered hot coffee drinks (Nutella cappuccino and vanilla latte), which were both good. I noticed that they use coffee from Temple Coffee which was a plus! Overall, I'm glad I finally checked out Meet & Eat! I recommend to anyone looking for breakfast/breakfast in the Land Park/ Curtis Park area in Sacramento.

Ambiance: 4/5 Nice, quaint with indoor and outdoor seating options. The parking lot is small.Service: Nice and friendly. Came for brunch so it was a short wait, about 20 minutes to be exact.Food: I enjoyed the breakfast menu items as well as their drink options. We ordered the banana french toast and the Apple French toast with a Spanish Espresso and Mai tai for drinks. Everything was delicious from our cocktails to our meals. I'm planning to return!

This spot is perfect for little kids--it's lively and filled with other young ones, so you won't feel out of place bringing them along. The food was decent--I had a cheese omelet and had a little bit of the pancake--but the iced strawberry matcha was the real standout! I'm giving it three stars for its kid-friendly atmosphere and great drinks.

Our group came here for lunch on a Saturday after a 5K run at Land Park. Luckily, we were able to get an outdoor table without waiting that accommodated a large party. I ordered the mushroom burger ($22) which came with a 1/2 lb patty, sautéed mushrooms, sautéed onions, avocado, and substituted cheddar cheese. I also chose the garlic parmesan fries to go with it. The burger was mouthwatering delicious and the fries were really tasty! I also got a vanilla latte but the latte art on my drink wasn't that good. We also ordered a cheeseburger with fries ($21), which I was told was really good and avocado toast , which looked good but I didn't try. The chips and salsa were good. My friend got a vanilla latte and the latte art came with a cute heart. Meet & Eat was packed and it was really nice to eat outside because the weather was perfect. They have large wooden tables to accommodate large parties as well as smaller tables. The meal I had was really good! Our server was nice as well. Great first experience at Meet & Eat.

We recently visited Meet & Eat in Sacramento on a rainy Saturday morning, and it was such a lovely experience. The atmosphere was a writer's dream--absolutely beautiful and peaceful. With the fire table lit and no wait to be seated, it felt like the perfect cozy retreat from the weather. I found myself wishing I had brought my laptop to soak in the inspiring vibe while writing! We both ordered the Grilled Cheese & Ham Benedict (without the ham, as we don't eat it). The dish featured poached eggs on toasted brioche grilled cheese, topped with homemade hollandaise sauce and green onions. It was really good! * Atmosphere: 10/10 - Cozy, peaceful, and inspiring. Perfect for a writer or anyone looking to unwind. * Staff: 9/10 - Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. * Food: 9/10 - Delicious and satisfying. We'll definitely return! It was a wonderful experience, and next time, I'm bringing my laptop to soak in the cozy atmosphere while writing my novel.

3.5 Stars. This is a cute spot with nice ambiance when the weather is nice and you can dine on the patio.Prices are on the high side as an example the breakfast taco plate is $24 and alcoholic drinks were $16. That being said the menu has something for everyone but food was lacking in overall flavor. We tried the goat cheeses omelette and pasta carbonara both were okay. Service was fast and friendly but for these prices Scotts Seafood or Riverside Clubhouse are better choices for my personal taste.

I can't believe I haven't been to Meet and Eat until now. I have been missing out. It is the quintessential neighborhood spot that locals go to for a good meal and chill vibes. We came for brunch and were seated outside in their pretty and comfortable patio area. I got the veggie omelette and my friend got the avocado toast and our plates were filled with plenty of food and fresh flavors. The hash browns were nice and crisp without being dry and my omlette was full with a good selection of veggies. I would order this again for sure. I also got a raspberry latte which was also really good. Service was very attentive and he checked on us often. We got there early and by the time were done the place was full. I can't wait to go back to try lunch or dinner.
