Mediterranean Sea Market and Deli

I wandered into this place when I was in town. Great family style food, large portions packaged well, so I can have my favorites, Dolmas, Eggplant salad, Baba ghanoush, Tabbouleh, and they have Turkish tea. I will be going back for their kofta kabob. I like friendly places, especially when I am looking for something that is out of my wheelhouse. I love turkish food. I could eat it every day. I will be going back tomorrow!

I don't think people know about this place because it's so good!!!! It's a deli so order the food to go. It's packed wall to wall with Persian food staples!We got gyro sandwiches and they were huge! One could have fed the two of us. The flavors were delicious as well.We shopped a bit while waiting and got tabbueh and tazziki sauce, and Turkish baklava. Seriously the best.

Super friendly staff. The part that makes this place great is the many homemade items that are packaged nicely and frozen. (Falafels, etc) can warm at home. Fire.

Authentic Mediterranean food in the back of the market. There is only one small table to eat at so the food is really made for take out. I had the delicious chicken wrap. The wrap came with moist chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes and a white yogurt sauce inside. I really like how they grilled the wrap on both sides too. Great spot for take out mediterranean food on the go.

I ordered from this restaurant through the dash absolutely disgusting food rip off . I order a plate a lamb shank I receive two ribs I paid $17 plus tax on the plate for absolutely no meat just few bones and fat this is not acceptable I will never recommend this restaurant to anybody . Food is absolutely disgusting I ate Mediterranean food and plenty restaurants but this is the worst I ever taste . Shame on you guys for literally stealing money from people lying take advantage of doordash people order certain thing for the menu and you guys put on the plate a cheap ass meat you should be shame of yourself Haram Haram Haram

Please be leery of this place. I don't like writing bad reviews, but unfortunately this place was truly terrible. The falafels and hummus were fine, but that's it for the positive part of this review. When I first walked in, I asked for a menu. The person pointed to the wall which had the daily special menu. I came in on a Tuesday, so I thought I had to order the veggie plate. What I received was not what was in the photo. All I received was a falafel plate. It did not have any dolmas, as the picture showed. I would not have ordered a whole extra order of falafels if I knew all I was getting was falafels in my veggie plate. The other thing that was really confusing is when he pointed to the wall (the menu, I guess), he made it seem like I had to order the Tuesday special (veggie plate) or that nothing else was offered. While he was preparing my food, I asked for a tzatziki sauce. He said that a spicy sauce was included. The spicy sauce is disgusting! It tastes exactly like chili paste with barbecue sauce. When I went to pay, he gave me this chocolate wafer candy bar, which I thought was a nice gesture. Maybe it's because he couldn't offer what was in the photo? I have no idea why he gave me the chocolate wafer... Rather than giving me the chocolate wafer, which I did not want or care for, I wish he would have given me a tzatziki sauce, like I asked for. The last thing that really bugs and is 100% unacceptable is that I received two pita breads in my falafel plate and one of them clearly had blue mold on it! The other one may have had mold on it too, but I already ate it before I noticed the mold on the second pita. I won't be posting a photo of it, because I'm sure these people do occasionally have good, quality food but I did not receive that.

Nice staff and delicious lunch! Right around the corner from my friends spot. Walked over and was greeted politely. Picked up a chicken shwarma, a fuzy lemon, honey, ginger drink and some chips. (: Will def recommend and go again!

I stopped buying from the store after finding bugs in the bag of rice. Also their meat looks rotten and it has a bad smell so I threw it away. Many of their items are past expiration or close to it. Also, store is unorganized and unkempt. The store needs an overhaul for it to be worth going to but unfortunately it's been like this for years and I don't think anything will be done about it.

Great grocery store and deli. Yesterday I was buying lunch for three so I got a gyro plate, chicken kabob plate, and a vegetarian plate. All came with flatbread, fluffy saffron rice, hummus, a delicious eggplant-pepper side dish, and a spicy pickle. Unlike some other local places the food is not greasy, just fresh and tasty.Pro tips: The menu is posted on the very back wall, so head all of the way to the back to order. Ignore the "daily specials" messaging, they'll make you anything you want any day of the week. Order first, then shop. Everything is made to order, so it will take about 20 minutes to get your food. They'll eventually bring your food to the front counter where you pay.Grocery shopping: All of the breads are great, but check for freshness. You can usually tell what bread is fresh that day. Halva butter is amazing on toast, as are the jars of "nuts in honey." Huge selection of sesame cookies, all of which are good. Great selection of spices, olives, pickles, figs, rice, cous cous, frozen meats, and deli meats.

The menu included in the pictures is outdated. Everything is at about 2X more expensive. Its now too expensive for me. I wish I had known. Oh well.The other thing is it didnt taste as great as I hoped. Oh wellTheyre still like a locally owned place so I dont want to be too hard on them. Its good too support your local community. However I wont be back simply because its not in my budget & it also wasnt the greatest in taste. oh well.1 Falafel sandwich / wrap is like $8.75 oh wellOH WELL
