Mast coffee has got to be one of my favorite local coffee shops ! They have two locations in town, but I favor this location the most since it's closer to the freeway . They know how to make a nice strong cup of joe , and that's what keeps me coming back ! The ambience is also very nice . If you're looking for a strong coffee and good vibes , make sure to make a visit to Mast coffee !

Overall? Great little corner spot with quality coffee plus matcha selections. Centrally located and close to Sutter general hospital, minimalist industrial interior this Mast location is the perfect stop. Offers generous indoor seating with small outdoor patioFood? Yes, small selection of pastries but no kitchenParking? Street, there's a parking lot around the corner WiFi? YesMy standard is a sparkling espresso. I find that the espresso is usually always well balanced with the sparkling water. They make there espresso well without any bitterness or burnt flavor which usually means that the rest of their drink lineup will be quality

Awesome Place To Meet Up & PostSITREPCyrus, William and I were meeting up to discuss coding for a video game in development stages, but it was time to try a new coffee house none of us had been too, and so Mast Coffee won the coin tosses!LE MENUDeLISH chai and mochas. We probably had one of each, Cyrus buying one round and I the second round.Taste was outstanding, the presentations were elegant, and there was a nice serving of coffee each time!SPACEOutstanding physical place with plenty of room, tables, and bathroom.Only really has outlets under bar computer bar with uncomfortable stools (the ones with hip fencing) - tables don't have outlets, so be warned.PARKINGUnless you are blessed to live nearby to walk and/or have a T Zone parking permit, be aware of the one hour limit in front or two hour limits on other side of block by INK.THE LOWDOWN

Got the Tokyo fog- a matcha topped elderberry black tea latte with brown sugar. I was a little hesitant to see how it would taste because I've never had elderberry in a latte before but it was delicious! It was light and refreshing, perfect to take on a nice walk around the area. Would come again!

What a amazing execution of the coffee craft! Mast coffee located on the corner of 28th and O St takes a bit longer but the so worth the wait. I've had a few mochas and they've all been fantastic. And if you're into the craft, watching they is so much fun. Another cool thing about this place is they allow dogs and have some great doggie treats.

Mast Coffee has so much potential, but I found my visit a bit disappointing. Parking here is always a challenge, and while I finally snagged a spot in front of the store today, I almost ended up with a ticket due to it being street sweeping day. Others nearby weren't as lucky.Inside, the open, industrial vibe to me felt cold and uninviting for a coffee shop. We ordered both a cold and a hot sweet latte, and while both were decent, they only filled about 80% of the cup, which feels underwhelming given the price. Service was extremely slow - they only had one barista running the register, taking orders, and making drinks. He was doing his best, but with a long line, it was clear they could use more staff support.I also ordered a cheese danish that looked great in the case, but tasted stale - warming it up might have helped, but that wasn't offered. And with them closing at 4 pm, it would be nice if they stayed open a bit later to enjoy an evening coffee.

One of new favorite coffee places in the midtown/east sac area. I've been twice so far and I got difference coffee both times. First time I got an ice mocha to go which was creamy rich and smooth. The second time I got the mont blanc (dunno if I'm spelling that right) the cold brew was very caffeinated which helped me concentrate and get some work done on late weekend morning. It was pretty busy there so I initially had to sit at a table with no outlet but after a few minutes was able to move to a table with an outlet. Love that they are dog friendly. Can't wait to go back!

Went by on Valentines for the special strawberry matcha and got a super cute flower coffee carrier basket too! The drink was delicious and had to get a forgotten bakery bagel of course hehe!

Finally got the chance to check out Mast Coffee recently and it did not disappoint. Arrived for a quick coffee on a Sunday morning around 10am so as you could imagine there was a line out the door. Thankfully, the line went by pretty quickly and I was able to order an iced chocolate mocha. I did want food but did not realize that this location only has pastries and drinks. So something to keep in mind when deciding to go here or not.

Decided to check out this place on a rainy Sunday afternoon armed with some books. Loved the vibes inside and the quality of drink offerings! My husband and I both got season drink specials and were happy with our choices. I wish I was there on a sunny day because the patio looks awesome, but I know that I will definitely be back!
