Much more than Za----great inexpensive lunch dishes 2--Za is pretty decent/above average for price--always hot/fresh---def hits the spot. Local flavors and trimmigrant vibes provided free of charge across the street--park around the corner 4 ez entry/exit.

This is our little treat and easy first night camp food spot when we visit the Yuba and camp at Malakoff Diggins. Delicious pizzas (and apparently they have tacos + burritos), good music + good people. A great stop for food after great hangs at the river!!Thank you Mamas!

Good solid pizza. In my opinion they're the second best I've had in Nevada County. Sometimes they have brownies which are also really good. And the people who work there are always really friendly. I give the pizza a 7.2 out of 10

This is by far one of the nastiest place I have ever seen. Went there cause they were the only pizza place close by. Never going there again. Would rather drive 30 min to grass valley for pizza. 1) the employees looked sweaty & dirty, especially the women. They don't make the women tie up their hair. We found two long piece of hair in one of our pizza. 2) it took them 2 hours to make our pizza. 3) the two pizzas we got was cold, the bread was rubbery, the all meat pizza had hardly any meat in it. The Hawaiian pizza (ham & pineapple), they were so stingy on the ham and pineapple, they might as well call it cheese pizza.Don't waste your time and money on this piece of shit.

Was staying at a local B&B a block or so away in North San Juan during the 4th of July weekend and stopped by to grab a quick dinner since it was just this place or the local gas station's fried chicken in this sleepy tiny foothill town. With the business recovering from the COVID-19 SIP orders the dining room was cleared out and they were only doing takeout orders. Ordered a "steal your face" (garlic cream sauce, artichoke hearts & chicken) - pizzas only come in one size (16 inches) so they can feed a small family. Pizza was good and enjoyed by all.

Mamas pizzeria, BIG GAS! Call and order two large pizzas every week since I've been here and every time I am greeted with good service and recommendations. The pizza is on point great NY Neapolitan style, the cheese has that orange gold layer of oil from the fresh shredded cheese and the crust is thin but crispy with the taste of a fresh baked baguette. They really tie in everything a pizza spot needs to be down to earth, warm and inviting kinda reminds me of my Italian grandmas house. Go get you some mama's foo

They have the best pizza !! Sometimes a lil busy but always worth the wait! we are always very pleased with there pies!!!

It's our new hidden jem!!! We love the pizza. We've tried others, this seems to hit the spot!! The whole family agrees.

I want to start this review of with my first impression. I walked in and walked out. And I was so wrong for doing that. I judged a book by its cover. I went back a week later and their pizza blew my mind away. Let me tell you, I have been living in Nevada county since 2019. I've tried all the pizza joints. This is hands down the best. And shout out to Ashley for making amazing pizza.

Good stuff! Strongly recommend the pizza. This from a kid raised on Jersey's best! Try it, you'll like it
