Was running late and the owners let me in a minute before they closed so that I could pick up a box of noodles. They're very friendly and help you find whatever you're looking for. If you're looking to support a mom and pop shop while getting Nigerian food staples, this is the place to go

I think they relocated. Everything is gone. But I really liked their things. Especially the plantain chips.

They absolutely show no respect to their customers. I witnessed the woman address customers like she is talking to a toddler. It was not acceptable for any reason whatsoever. These couple always act like they are hiding something, am not sure what it is. Most of the items are unnecessary expensive, you can smell those food and know they have explained, and there is no expiration date written on them. These people need to be inspected and closed down before somebody get sick or die from food poison

I would not recommend this market to anyone. Simply because they are just RUDE!!! No good customer service and they would keep watching me like a hawk. I felt like I was a criminal in this store. And they will not let you shop in peace. They keep watching you and asking if there is something I'm looking for? Like every few minutes. I just wanted to shop in peace and walk through each isles to see what I needed but I couldn't even remember what I needed because of how annoying they were. And they wouldn't even let me touch the tea pot that I thought was cute. Oh well, so much for trying to support small business. I will NERVER enter this store again. My honest opinion. They need to work on being kind and not Rude and get better customer service. Sorry I will NEVER return here.

Very rude owners/workers. They yelled at me because they thought I was parking to go across the street but was planning to pick up some spices from their shop first. Glad I didn't go in now because I didn't realize how rude they were and after reading reviews products are not fresh. Will not be going again.

I will not go near this store again, I was kept very uncomfortable by a woman whom I presume to be the owner of this African store. This woman kept yelling at me asking me what I need specifically, I needed a box of rice and I went around trying to look if there's anything else I might buy, and she persistently yelled multiple times even to the point of getting close to my space as she yells" what do you want". It was a gesture of trying to get me to leave the store.I quickly made my way to the counter and searching my phone to pay from my bank account( because they don't take cards), this time she yelled even with very hash tone" I need you to hurry up and pay fast" well there was no one else behind me.I was very done at this moment and I politely told her I'm leaving I don't need it anymore as Safely walked off the store. To my disbelief this woman came out of her store cursing me, snapping me with her phone even taking a picture of my license plate as I eventually drove off.If it was not God, I will press charges of harassment. This woman need to be thought basic respect. This woman is very very rude and very very insulting . She is a shame and a big disgrace.Few weeks prior to this eventful encounter, I came to this store for the first time and her husband I presume seems humble and kind. I bought a lot and spent almost $300.I couldn't believe this is exactly the same store. I felt so gross by her behavior that I wanted to throw away the stuff I purchased previously from this store

Horrible experience at this location, the woman running the store (the owner I assume) and her husband are extremely rude evil people. The items are way over priced, the food they sell is almost expired or expired already. They treat everyone like an enemy I would not recommend anyone to bring them your hard earned money as they shouldn't even be in business. These people also yelled at someone parking in the parking lot who was coming in to shop. Crazy to think they scare away their own customers. Bad business

They had everything I needed. I'm a big Egusi person so that's really all I needed but I ended up getting more. The lady behind the counter was very nice and was asking me how I know about Egusi. She even offered to teach me how to make it and went on to say she likes when people want to know about her culture. I'm definitely going to be calling her up about the Egusi though so I can learn to make it the RIGHT WAY!

beware! beware!! beware!!! customer satisfaction is not their top priority. i bought a dried cat fish among other things .i got home and discovered that the fish was rotten.i went back and asked for exchange, the woman and her husband vehemently refused to offer any exchange.her argument was that she cannot find any dried maggots in the fish.the fish tasted so gross and has mold in some parts.imagine buying fish for $ 49:99 and having to throw it into the garbage.this is so sad as i wanted to use the fish to make soup for my son's birthday the following day.please beware of this shop.
