Mad Cow Beef Jerky Company

GREATEST ! If you want awesome jerky and great customer service, look no further than crazy cow! I needed some jerky asap and couldnt drive down to get it so they brought it to me!!! They care! Thank you again!

I normally purchase their jerky at the market, but too many times it is out of stock. I love their Teriyaki flavor. I went online and found I could order it that way. Because I live about seven miles from them, I discovered that the day after I ordered they actually drove out and dropped it off. What a great surprise. I had ordered 15 packages since it is discounted at that quantity, and decided to get half Teriyaki and half Cowafornia. I had never tried the Cowafornia, and because I can't handle food with a peppery taste, I now had seven packages that I would not end up eating. I am sure, for people who like their jerky with a little "kick" the Cowafornia is really good. I had already gone through the bags of Teriyaki as it is addicting and I needed more. I emailed Lon at Crazy Cow asking if I could exchange the seven packages of the Cowafornia for Teriyaki. I stated I could mail them back, or would be willing to drive out to their place. I was happy when they emailed me back later that day and offered to drive out to my home and exchange them for the Teriyaki flavor. He said I could leave the box on my porch (I didn't even have to be there) and he would exchange them. It's wonderful to deal with a company with such fantastic customer service and such a yummy product. Honestly, the best Teriyaki jerky I have ever eaten!!

Gotta love local products. Out of Carmichael in the Sacramento comes the Crazy Cow line of beef jerky products. Lots of cool flavor profiles:Peppered, Ginger, Teriyaki, Cowafornia Tangy, Spicy Hot. I got the peppered one and it has a definite kick of black pepper. THough the cut is thin and it seems a bit dry it turns out to be pretty flavorful and easy to chew. As a fan of ginger that one is definitely next on my list if I can track it down

I used to actually consider myself at connoisseur of beef jerky. I used to have to try a new brand of beef jerky almost everywhere in the country i went but after finding the peppered flavor beef jerky at Nob Hill grocery store I found myself pretty much realizing nothing else compared. I still try new jerky every once in awhile went it looks my cat might be something different or possibly as good but nothing has came even close. Once my local Nob Hill started running out I started ordering online and realize they had a whole bunch of other flavors. In my opinion Peppard is still the best but I like it quite spicy and the kids love the pepper Stix and the teriyaki. Thanks for the great product if you have a storefront I will have to stop by next time I'm in the Sacramento area.Ps.
