I've been getting highlights and extensions for over six months from Lou. My hair has never looked better. The entire salon is kind and professional. I highly recommends Lucy's. I used to dread hair appointments, now I am excited to go and enjoy and watch my hair transform.

My cousin has been coming here for years. I recently moved to Roseville and wanted to try somewhere close to my house. Lucy was great, I loved my hair.

I love this salon. Hadn't had my haircut in a little over a year and a half and Melanie gave me the cutest a-line bob!

Melanie is the absolute BEST! I have had my hair done sense high school with such horror stories and this amazing lady has been the only person I can trust with my hair! She is so precise and the most genuine lady I have met! She keeps me feeling so happy being blonde

This is a lovely shop off Vernon Street in Roseville. Decorated with style and comfort. Laid back but professional atmosphere. I did a walk in based on availability and location initially. My stylist , Ashley, which I have visited twice now does wonderful things to my hair! I am very happy with the results . What I appreciate too is she does what I want , with her input and suggestions . She listens to me and aims to please. Very courteous and polite too. She loves her craft and it shows. The owner of the salon has been there on the occasions I have had an appointment and is able to help and answer any questions. Lucy's is perfect for me for many reasons . They also carry a new product line called Seven which I am impressed with. The results in the finished look my hair has tells the story. Very satisfied with this independent owned salon.

I recently received a haircut from Caesar and told him I just needed a trim and layered. I was growing my hair out from a chin length cut, my hair finally grew to my shoulders and he cut my hair back to my chin! I wear it curly so I blew it dry and the layers are terrible, I have like a hole or no hair by my chin but a ledge of hair that blends into nothing. I hate my hair, another 6 months of growing I guess. Wish I could get a refund for this terrible cut.

I was looking for a salon to get my hair done at, and I live in old Roseville so I thought that I would stop at this place called Lucy's salon and get an estimate to see if it's any cheaper than what I usually pay. Well it came out to a lot cheaper so I decided to make an appointment, plus I was super excited. I have two lavender pic-a-boos one on each side and I also wanted a root touch up, dark brown, to cover up my grays. I think she quoted me like $80. Somewhere around there and I thought it was great because I usually pay around $120 elsewhere. So I think about a week a half later I go in for my appointment and everything is great she's doing my hair and then she asked me if I wanted a haircut. I said no because I just got one not even a week earlier.All said and done I really wasn't paying attention to the total when I swiped my card at the time, MY BAD,But then a couple days later I had saw that I was charged over $100, I think it was around $120. When I called the owner that had done my hair I asked why I was charge so much. The whole reason I made an appointment with because of the price I was quoted.She said because I got a hair cut also, lol. I said no I didn't. She said well I have it written here you did. I said sorry but I didn't want my hair cut because I had just gotten it cut. The whole thing was very odd and extremely unprofessional. After trying to explain to her in so many ways I never got a haircut by her I just said forget it.If you go there be prepared to pay for things that you've never received. Or at least check your bill FIRST to make sure that your paying for what you were quoted. I will not be making another appointment at this place! Tell your friends and family! I know I will

Love Ashley! She's very sweet and personable. Cute salon with a shabby chic atmosphere, the owner Lou is very personable as well :) I love my hair and highly recommend!!

I called Lucy's salon for a quote on a Brazilian blowout. Spoke with the owner, Lou. She was super friendly and was able to get me in for an appointment 1 week later and her pricing was much better than other places I called. Her salon is super cute. Lou, the owner, is the one who actually did the Brazilian blowout on my hair. She did an AMAZING job. It went from taking me 45 minutes to blow dry/straighten my hair to 10 minutes total and it blow dries super straight. I don't even need to use a flat iron. My hair looks super shiny in smooth. An absolute life changer, wish I did it sooner.

I love my hair!! Ashley is amazing at what she does! The ladies are so sweet and are so inviting! I found my place!
