Worst pedicure I ever had. The staff was super friendly, place was clean, but service was not good. I did the $34 dollar package: - Toe nail cut is super crooked, I have sharp nails and not smooth. I got cut when they were doing my cuticles, she shoved my foot in the dirty water they been using to toss all the stuff they be using on me in the water. I mentioned I am bleeding and don't want this water to cause an infection. She just says you okay bleeding stops. Leg massage was for a minute or less. Foot scrub was 5 seconds per feet. I had to ask for them to scrub more and they did. Very rough not gentle. Not sure if the person servicing me has a license to work on nails cause the work I uploaded makes it look like she doesn't. She was nice but again no not only did I get a cut on my toe. They never offered a discount for it. Crazy! See image for yourself and you tell me . Thank you

Great service, always happy with my nails and pedicure, I come see Jenny and my friend goes to Ann, we love them both! All staff is great!

Employees are nice... manicures very good... pedicures could have done better with smoothing feet... place could be a little more organized/cleaner but tools were kept sanitary.

I had a great experience here! After having to leave a previously set appointment with a different nail salon, my daughter and I walked in here on the off chance they would have availability for 2 pedicures and 2 manicures. They had a seemingly busy shop, with 4 people already being worked on, and 3 people waiting. My daughter and I only waited a few minutes before they got us sat in the pedicure chairs, right beside to each other. The person who painted my daughter's toes was incredibly patient and sweet with her. The woman who did my pedicure was gentle and very professional. She engaged in cheerful banter with my child and encouraged her curiosity. For the manicures, we got sat together again at the same time and I was able to sit by her and explain/oversee. They did an amazing job paining my daughter's nails and toes, despite the wiggles! I absolutely love how my own came out as well! Not only for the price, and the service, but I will come back for their professionalism and patience! Thank you Lucky salon for a fun memory with my child!

THEY SAVED ME! I was turned down from two nail shops because it seems acrylic overlay on long nails is an issue for some but not for lucky nails! They immediately sat me down, let me vent and proceeded to fix my long nails with acrylic overlay. Ethan did my nails and omg so professional. Ms Jenny did my design for our family's upcoming bachelorette party and omg I love them! And Ms Pham did my pedicure and this lady has strength! She gave me the best foot massage and the deluxe pedicure was worth it! I found my nail spot and I am glad to share this review!

Nice salon, friendly staff and reasonable pricing. I'm new to the area and have tried several nail places. Been here twice and so far I like what I see. I'll be back.

It was my first time there when I went about 2-3 weeks ago. I had an appointment with Jenny. She was finishing up one client when I came in for my appointment. She does a great job on my nails with very little influence from me. I have now been there for about 4 visits and will be back again.

Been going here since I was a little girl. I recommend this salon so much and my girl Jenny does me right every time. They feel like family to me since I been going here since they opened. And prices are fair!

The manager engages in appropriate conversations with costumers. A father bashing her daughter and the manager joined. I don't care if they are regulars and that's how they hang out. They wouldn't shut up and the conversations were very inappropriate and uncomfortable.

I'm so glad I found this place! I have had several professionals do my nails, and they always turn out perfect. The last much longer than other salons. Not to mention, it is super easy to get an appointment.
