Best food in town Love the food. The workers are very nice and friendly. And very good service

This is a new local family owned business in my neighborhood.We saw that it was having it's grand opening and had to try it out.I'm sad the Thai place closed but glad a new business has taken its spot. The establishment is nice and I like the Louisiana decor and feel. They have a TV for entertainment as you dine.The menu looked appealing but I was staying away from the fried food at the moment due to my trip, so I only ordered a side of greens. Oh my goodness they were so delicious. They were seasoned just right and weren't under or over cooked.My husband ordered the hot links, greens, fried fish, fried okra, and boudain balls. He liked all but the boudin balls. He said he'll have to try the boudin links next time. Two things I observed. First, they should probably offer bread with the meals. My husband wanted some with his hot links. Second, is customer service related. If a customer comes in to pickup their order, they should finish that transaction first before taking an order over the phone. The caller can be put on hold for a brief moment.Other than that, I'd say I'll return to taste some of the other items on the menu.I'd love to continue to support and see them flourish because restaurants don't stay in this location long.

Horrible customer service, too much of a turnover, long wait for food, food is old. One day the ribs were Gray and they tried to cover it with BBQ sauce. The fish and chicken is over cooked. I never ate Red snapper jerky before until Louisiana heaven came around. You ask one cashier a question all of them involved themselves. Took someone there for their birthday the year before last who was from Louisiana they don't understand the concept they said that's probably why they're not in Louisiana because this is not how we cook at home.. The 1st year was great since then, the quality of service has not being good at all.

OMG what can I say the food is the bomb.com made just the way I like it. Actually made like my mom use to make when I was a child. The staff is very professional and friendly the operation moves rather well due to the amount of people who I are in line waiting to purchase the yummy food. I will definitely return when there's an event that #louisianaheaven are in attendance. The owner introduced herself to me personally she is a very nice lady who knows a lot about cajan, soul, southern cooking.

I dont know about the old place but this place is really good and not too many soul food places in Sac. But this right here? I ordered BBQ chicken and snapper and it came out super fast and hot! The mac and cheese is great and so are the greens! Seasoned very well! Dont change anything! Snapper was fried perfectly and chicken cooked! I will actually be back this evening for my better half to try! Great and welcoming staff, great ambiance inside and nicely decorated. Oh and I got the strawberry Lemonade!

I love this place so much! I am from Louisiana and my number one favorite meal of my life is fried catfish. I had to make it myself to get consistent delicious perfectly seasoned and fried catfish in Sacramento.... until now. I found this place on accident and I believe it was the Lord's work when I did. First of all it is small and there isn't a huge parking lot and I don't care! People should be happy they they can park a mile away and walk there to get perfect catfish and perfect chicken wings, amazing okra, red beans and rice and collards). Perfect service from a sweetie pie with beautiful nails. Like I can't even express the perfection that is Louisiana Heaven and anyone who gives less than 5 stars needs to get right with God because this shit is manna from Heaven.

The wait was a little long and the establishment is small/tight. Parking was a challenge and you have to be conscious of your surroundings.The customer service was accommodating and friendly.The food was good and the portions were generous. The prices are reasonable.Overall a good experience and I will be returning.

My first time visiting Louisiana Heaven June 2024,. The restaurant was clean and the staffs was patient and great. I ordered the wings they were seasoned big and cooked perfect but my sides mac cheese and cabbage had to much pepper. German Chocolate Cake was good. I wanted Catfish but they didn't have any.

great great food ! and customer service!I've been to restaurants when Iuse their salt shakers or ketchup all sticky and dirty. At Louisiana heaven everything was so clean!! The best part aside from their amazing food , customer service was the best!!

Love the red snapper and shrimp combo, and the fried cabbage is especially tasty as well.
