My friend is a member of 24 Hour Fitness As a member friend is awarded points through a Fitperks program. Fitperks included Lotus Fusion where if friend used 5 Fitperks points she/he/they would get a deal to buy one item and get the second one for free so long as its lesser or equal value. As she/he/they tried to use it Lotus Fusion refused to honor it. Just like Subway Inc. they refused to honor deals they gave to the public as a part of their advertising. It was bait and switch and false advertising. Lotus Fusion's response was that the previous owner entered into a relationship with 24 Hour Fitness and they were not bound. There was however no advertising or sign announcing new ownership.Absent any opt out, Lotus Fusion is bound by the obligations of its previous owner. They cannot just pick and choose what obligations they choose to adhere to.Nothing in Fitperks in the 24 Hour Fitness App informed she/he/they that Lotus Fusion opted out or that there was even a possibility. She/he/they submitted a complaint with Dept. of Consumer Affairs California for false and deceptive advertising. she/he/they relied on the promises of the Fitperks program to my detriment.These people are so stupid they don't know that a contract obligates them to do certain things. I hope 24 Hour Fitness sues them to kingdom come for breach of their agreement!

26/1/25-16:30-I had the Bento Box and you get two protein choices. The salmon was so good! My friend had the wonton soup and it was huge. He said it was delicious. Great service and huge dining room. Highly recommended!

This was our first time trying this restaurant. We were in the mood for wings and it was close by. We ordered mango habanero, teriyaki and garlic Parmesan. I LOVE spicy. So I was excited to try the habanero ones. Disappointed due to the fact there was no heat at all. None. My bf doesn't like spicy food. He even could eat them and said there wasn't spice to them. Not sure if they gave us the wrong ones. However, the garlic Parmesan and teriyaki were delicious! Plus, they were freshly made so they were hot! We had to wait to eat them. The wings were good sized too! I was full after eating 8! We will try again and hopefully the spicy wings we order are actually spicy.

Horrible service! Came in and grabbed lunch and let me tell you, these people are stengy with the hot sauce yall!! And so rude and confrontational.. over hot sauce .. honestly u can find better food and way better service other palaces. I definitely won't be back and I don't recommend this place to anyone either! Spend your money where you are appreciated and this is definitely not the place!

Brought my family from out of town. It was our first time there and definitely weren't disappointed. They had delicious food and everything was seasoned nice. My family split the family diner for 4 and had plenty of left overs. The service was good from our server we was welcoming and answers all our questions. Idk why but it was empty on Sunday evening, we were the only family in there. I do agree they should add some background music or allow the volume in the tvs they have up. The silence can be weird but overall experience was great

Update:In my last review I mention a few cons, that did not change my 5-star review. So, when I decided to order this awesome food again (and again, for delivery) I opted to call Lotus Fusion first, sing their praises, and make the following suggestions:1. Pack the Broccoli Beef in the same containers as the Won Ton Soup (tight with no leaks).2. Please include a receipt (I'm old school and still require a paper trail).Well? Success! All the same positives as my first review, with a few added points:1. Most too often, ordering Broccoli Beef (from anywhere) can have one singing "Where's the Beef?" Well, not here. There is an awesome about of Beef in with the Broccoli.2. Same with Won Ton soup, often times, plenty of greens and soup, and a few Won Tons swimming around in there somewhere. Again, not here! Tons of Won Tons along with the greens and generous slices of Pork (NOTE: This is just the traditional Won Ton Soup, not Wor Won Ton or other versions).So, there it is. Great service and response from the phone call, same awesome generous portions of food.I'll be back! But I'll call first just to ensure the same packaging.5 More Stars!!!!

Food horrible sour pieces of meat. She hung up on me. Don't let more for your money fool you. I believe they throw garbage in the chowmein and don't call your order in because you'll get someone's left overs that sat there dining!!! Don't trust these folks brothers and sisters.
