The best tacos I have had thus far. Me and my friend had been planning on going here and finally made it a point to go. The staff is very friendly and even gave us fresh pineapple. The line was long but it moved pretty fast. We got 40 tacos, yes 40! We fatties lolI recommend them to anyone who's looking for authentic Mexican street tacos. I loved their lengua , cabeza, and tripa mmmm mouthwatering. If you're not experimental, stick to the asada and pastor those are top notch as well.

If you're like me, I always crave tacos late at night and I guarantee you Los Perrones hits the spot. They seem to specialize in pastor so that's what I got; 4 pastor tacos (and one Asada) and one pastor burrito. The pastor tacos were amazing and flavorful. The pastor had a nice smokiness and char from the flame and it was paired with a good amount of sweet yet perfectly tart pineapple. The asada was also good snd flavorful but their pastor just stands out more. The pastor burrito was SO good. My favorite out of everything we got. I will say though that I wish they included pineapple in the burrito. The rice and beans were really flavorful and I really appreciate that the cheese is cooked onto the tortilla (some places don't cook their cheese and that is not my preference).I came here on a Friday night at 7:30PM and it was quite busy, waited in line for about 15 minutes but food came out ready in about 8 minutes and the staff were friendly. I will be back for sure.

Found this place on instagram and I am super glad I was able to finally stop by! I dropped in around 7pm and there was a long line so be aware of potential wait times before you go. I ended up ordering an asada torta with everything on it and some Al pastor tacos. Let me tell you, these were hands down some of the best tacos and torta I've had in NorCal so far. They give you a lot meat and cheese and I was definitely full after eating the torta itself! I loved how the workers make everything in front of you and how polite they are. It's definitely cold at night so dress accordingly because you may wait a bit especially now during the winter. I definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great taco stand.

My favorite tacos in sac hands down. Pastor on the trompo is amazing! Love the cabeza and pastor tacos here. Two tortas for $15 on Tuesdays is a steal. Things are massive! Tons of cheese I'll ask for less next time. Got the burrito for the first time and it's amazing! Self serve for salsas, onions, cilantro etc. great vibes here playing authentic Mexican music and there was a 25min line on an 100d weather day! Totally worth it.

We've seen this spot on Howe Ave passing Northrope Ave on our way home several times. It's a brightly lit pop up canopy with a red top. It's on the corner you can't miss it! We finally decided to stop and try it on Tuesday. It did not disappoint, this spot is usually busy and definitely has regulars. The people who run this stand are very friendly and accommodating. They offer a range of Mexican street food staples: Tacos, Burritos, Tortas, Mulitas, and much more! They seem to run specials, not sure if these change weekly or daily but they're written in the plates in the center. You start on the left, give the cooks your order and then pay on the right. We got 3 tacos each, carne asada and al pastor and an horchata. The horchata was suuuper good super cinnamony and not chalky. They have a ton of different cuts and meats to choose from. This stand is definitely known for their pastor, with it getting cut fresh from the spit to order. The tortillas are also warmed up on the griddle fresh to order. Tacos are $3 a piece which I was like "UMMM?" but with the cost of meat and food these days and the fact that they honestly LOAD the tacos up with meat, it's not a bad price all in all. There's a whole table on the side available with toppings and salsas to take with you as well.

Drinks expensive, everything else awesome. I believe it's open on the later side. The employees I have met don't speak much English but are kind and helpful, and I don't think an al pastor taco can be eaten with full enjoyment anywhere but a street corner off a paper plate. Theirs are especially good. Mulitas also a great way to go, and the 2 for 12 torta is super exciting. Lots of meat options, tongue, tripe, chorizo, all available a little later than opening time which is fun. Also the way they be cutting the pineapple onto the taco is baller. They also lay the cheese down below the tortilla for burritos, adding some nice flavor and texture, also ensures some melty ass cheese, so smart.

I don't get the hype around this place. Got some pork tacos and a carne asada (beef) quesadilla ($12). I enjoyed the quesadilla, although I don't think it stood out as being much better than any other place. I didn't care for the pork (fresh off the spit) at all. I thought it was a bit dry and I didn't like the flavor. I do like that they included pineapple, but it was only enough for like one bite per taco.

Hands down the best pastor tacos I have ever had. Last I checked they are open every day for on 5pm to midnight with the exception of if there is bad weather. Service is great and they do accept card. They don't have a seating or a designated place to eat. I usually get the tacos to go.
