My son attended LFM for roughly 7 months, what we were initially drawn to was the amazing director Ms. Fola along with an overly qualified education team and curriculum. In the time we were there the director (who is mentioned in almost all of the previous reviews) caught everyone off guard when she resigned in October 2021. Just one month later one of the head teachers also resigned citing the new directors communication style ( or lack there of ) as the reason for her departure. As a parent this was very alarming along with my own issue with misinformation/ lack of information I began to receive from the school. My son ( who is 4) had difficulty with a fellow student who was hurting him on the playground during the outdoor time and I brought it to the attention of staff/director Bonnie several times and nothing was done to resolve it. The other parent was never even informed of her child's behavior which I found odd for handling any discourse between classmates. The director instead seemed to place blame on my son as not "standing up for himself" We have since parted ways with the school and thankfully we did. I absolutely hate leaving reviews like this, but hate more potential parents not having a full picture of this school as it stands today. I hope the necessary changes occur within LFM and that the communication is strengthened for the sake of all the children and wish nothing but the best to parents who still have children enrolled in this school.

Our son has now been at his new Montessori school for over a week and is thriving. His fear is gone, his attitude has changed and he is not afraid of going to school any longer. All of the red flags that came to fruition at Little Flowers has melted away. I spent over a week trying to get the owners of Little Flowers to engage with me through the staff at Elk Grove AND through their two Dublin sites. Nobody will call me back. We lost our deposit but am grateful we chose to stop payment on our February check. This company is absolute willing to lose your business so long as they don't have to engage in an uncomfortable conversation about their care. A formal complaint has been filed with the State of CA.

Well I wasn't going to write a review but yelp has requested a review, my little guy went here for about four months, everything was OK and then it started going really downhill basically for all the reasons in the previous reviews they definitely need a new Director someone who actually likes kids and is loving. They are All about the money that's about it, kids are taken care of but not well. And to be honest I don't really know what they did or how they took care of the kids because they give you no insight on the day the day of your child and what they're learning.

I highly recommend this school! I don't like to write reviews but after seeing some of those unfair reviews about this school I feel like I have to say something. Their teachers are excellent and committed to the academic development of the children. Ms. Bonnie Is doing a great job as director of the school and Ms. Anna is excellent too. All the staffs here are warm- hearted, they are very responsible and patient to the kids. My daughter told me that she loves all her teachers. The whole school including clean, organized, and well maintained and that requires a lot of care from their heart! I'd like to thank them for their efforts. They are doing their best to keep the student safe and healthy. Also, if you consider enrolling your child, I recommend little flower Montessori to you!

First I would like to thank the staff at Little Flower Montessori! I really appreciate everything you guys do for the kids and the program you run. I Asked my Son questions to see how he is treated, taking care of, if everyone is nice, helpful, and if the kids are nice and respectful to him and each other. He said Yes! With a truthful and Positive answer. There's nothing more I can ask for. When I ask him questions I can tell when he is lying or not. And He Is Not! He learns a lot from Montessori and I also test him on things. So I know we are not wasting our time taking him to this school. As a parent it is our job to also teach them at home. But I cannot quit my Day Job to work at Montessori just to see if everything is ran right. I hear certain bad feedback on things and I feel bad for how people feel but we need to be considerate on those who work there because we too cannot quit our day jobs. I appreciate Anna, Ms. Bonnie, and the entire staff at Montessori so please keep up the great work. And remember it takes a whole village to raise a child. So let's all be supportive. Thank you.

We have been taking our little one here for 2 years now and it has been amazing. The staff are wonderful and compassionate, and the management team has always been incredible. They have always listened to our preferences and concerns and worked with us on addressing them. Our kid has grown so much under her current teacher, going from a more reserved and slow to warm up kid to this outgoing, shining personality when she walks into the class. Although writing has always been a challenge for her, her teacher has been so encouraging and had such a supportive approach that our little one no longer shies away from writing activities. I can't wait until they accept younger kids so we can get our 11mo into the program!!

This place was fantastic! My son grew so much while he was there. He already rivals his older sister at math, and his reading is coming along. He is very prepared for kindergarten. The staff are all friendly and kind. I don't know how the teachers do it. Positives: the place is always clean, the kids eat better than I do, and the staff are great with the kids.Negatives: There really aren't any that I noticed. Had a great experience there.TL:DRIn short, I highly recommend little flowers for your children and small vases.

My older child attended LFM from 2017-2019. So it was a no brainer that when the time came to enroll my second child, that he would go to LFM with Ms Fola (director) and Ms Quiria (preK instructor). All was right in the world when my child started in spring of 2021. Ms Fola and I discussed a plan for my child and what needs to be done to get him prepared for Kindergarten. My son loved his teachers and learned a lot in the few months he had started there. Then out of nowhere, Ms Fola had been replaced by a new director. This director never took the time to introduce herself to the parents or learn our names- I was always called "mom" by the director (I'm sorry, I'm not her mom). Neither the parents nor students got to say Goode bye to Ms Fola. There was no explanation as to why she was replaced. There was a huge lack of communication from this new director to the parents. When my child caught a cold- which happens- I asked what the protocol was regarding COVID testing and returning to school (as this was during another COVID surge, I was told by the director that there is no requirement for my child to provide a negative COVID test prior to returning to school and that taking a COVID test is for my own peace of mind. Which is absolutely absurd because we are still in the middle of a pandemic. I attempted to stick it out as my child loved his teacher, but once we learned she was leaving, I withdrew my child and he started at another preschool. I was not seeing any educational progress made the last couple months my child was there (after his teacher left). It was basically a daycare. I am really glad that we changed schools because the last week my child was in attendance- there were several COVID positive cases at the school and even in my child's class. As a parent who has had one child graduate from LFM, it was such a disappointment at how quickly the school went downhill after Ms Fola's departure.

As a preschool teacher myself, I am highly critical of day care and preschool programs out in the community in which I live and where I also observe as part of my job. I have experienced nothing but kindness, flexibility and open dialogue with the staff at LFEG. My daughter has grown tremendously in all area of development during this year we have attended the center. I would not hesitate to recommend this program to a friend, and in facthave done so multiple times. This is an incredibly challenging time for educators, and I am grateful for the quality care my daughter has received during this year.
