We drove to this location to meet friends and it was closed! Our drive was mover 45 mins. The website said they were open. We arrive at 11:30 and it's dark! Then I text and was told there hours are different!!! Come on!

Celebrated my daughter's first birthday. Very friendly staff and accommodating. Very clean and organized on everything. I'll recommend it to everyone. Thank you again for your service!

I love this place soo much! I had my twins first birthday here and let me tell you it was awesome!!!!!! The owner was the BEST!!! They had balloons, decorations and character costumes available! I would highly recommend having your little ones parties here. Thank you guys so much!

Very cute playroom for young children! We are looking forward to celebrating my daughter's birthday here. Lots of space to play and different areas/apparatuses for kids.

Incredibly pricey for what you actually get when it's said and done... but if you're well off this place is awesome for kids. My kids had a ton of fun so I'm good in that regard but there were absolutely no "bang for your buck" vibes going on.

Super cute place for little ones. My kids never got bored and the owner is super friendly and observant.

I'm only giving it 2 stars because the kids had fun and enjoyed themselves and the decorations and balloon garland set up was nice, but I few things were so wrong. First I purchased the "Royal package" which was $799.00. For that kind of money we had high expectations on the place to provide everything that is said included in the package on their website. They did the decorations and the package was suppose to include Goodie bags and a crown or birthday hat. We did not get these 2 items and we had to send someone to the store so we could quickly make goodie bags for the kids. One of our table clothes said "baby shower" when it was a birthday party! They had a very young girl working there, she was very sweet and kind but didn't really know much on how to assist us. On first arrival the bathrooms were not cleaned for us, the men's bathroom had feces on the toilet seat from a prior party. Next thing you know the men's bathroom was locked, we asked the worker to unlock it and she said that if it's locked then someone must be using it, we replied that it's been locked for over an hour and then she states "it's out of order". The women's bathroom had no toilet paper, we asked the worker multiple times for toilet paper and ended up bringing us a roll of napkins! With all the kids running around the place got really uncomfortable hot so we asked to put the A/C on, the worker said she has to call the owner first, but the owner didn't answer her call, then we said can we just put it on please and she replied that she didn't know where the A/c was. I also rolled my ankle next to the silver baby chair and table, the birthday stage had the fake green grass over an area that had no support so my foot went right through and my ankle rolled. What hurts me the most is it felt like because this place is closing in a few months that they just didn't care enough to put much effort into my daughters 1st birthday. My husband called the owner but she just had lots of excuses for instance the goodie bags , the owner said they don't do goodie bags anymore because the kids get candy all over the place, but she failed to answer why the goodie bags were in the package details, why didn't she tell me in the very beginning that some things have changed. There's a lot of false advertisement going on here. As you can see these are little things but when there is too many little problems it becomes a huge problem. It's definitely not worth $800, I feel sort of taken advantage of and it breaks my heart that it happened for my little ones birthday. Hopefully whoever buys this place next ends up doing some upgrades and updates their website so that the next family has a happy ending.

I booked a hour party when i showed up to decorate she offered to help me it was very nice and i cant wait to come again next year!!!
