Billie is a phenomenal hairstylist! She moved to Lincoln from my hometown and I will still drive an hour and half to get my hair done by her. She has so much experience and really knows what she is doing. She is such an expert when it comes to blonde too; my hair is dark brown and she makes the blonde the bright color I want, not brassy at all! I've had Tiffany do my acrylic gel nails here for a year, and she is truly fantastic. By far the best nail tech I've ever gone to. Tiffany is kind, gentle, very thorough, highly detailed, great at communicating, punctual, and just does beautiful work. Today she did amazing Christmas themed nails for me, and I love them! Be sure to allow a week or so to get scheduled as she is rightfully in demand, and worth the wait!!

I have been taking my 87 year old mom to see Cindy at this salon for a few years now. My mother suffers from dementia and had no filters. Cindy treats my mom like her peer! They have wonderful conversation filled with laughter. Cindy always listens to my mom's stories and her reminiscence of the past. My mom loves her time with Cindy, and I am forever grateful for the dignity she shows my mother! Mom leaves the salon feeling like a queen!!

I went to Lincoln Salon based on a recommendation from a friend. I have been feeling a bit low lately and was looking for a bit of a 'pick-me-up' haircut. I have thinning hair that I color at home - I was a little embarrassed to have a salon see me but my friend said Billie was amazing so I booked an appointment. Wow.Just Wow.Not only is the aesthetic of the space gorgeous but what an experience! Like walking into a high-end spa at a hotel... I was blown away by the 'white glove' service!Starting with the coffee and treat/chocolate bar right at the front door (what more could a gal need to chillax into a hair appointment), I was met by a super friendly team at the front desk. My stylist, Billie whisked me away to her workspace which was well-lit and very comfortable. Some salons I've been to are just a cacophony of noise and dark areas where I never feel like I can a) relax-think-hear and/or b) see what is happening to my hair until I'm done and already outside.So, beyond the space, Billie was just amazing. It was not just a cut-and-done appointment flip. I genuinely felt like I was her only client that day. I never felt rushed and when we discussed my haircut, we KEPT discussing it through each stage and even went back and took more off. I didn't ever feel like I was STUCK with what we had originally agreed to do. Billie gave me every opportunity to weigh in on the cut while still being a confident, educated expert in her craft. I loved it. Even the shampoo area was relaxing; high-end furnishings and thoughtful designs that focused on client comfort were everywhere in this salon. I can't wait to go back.

I have been going to Lincoln spa for two years and it is always a very pleasant experience, especially when I walk out looking great and feeling great. Cindy Scribner really does a wonderful job on my hair. I always giver her name when I receive complements.
