I am so grateful for the amazing service I get every time I walk through the door of Lincoln Jewelers! They give incredible care and we are very blessed to have a Jeweler right here in Lincoln that knows the trade so well and is willing to give great insights! So grateful!

Third time coming in. I've noticed the prices fluctuate. Paid 5.00 for a watch battery for my Michael Kors watch a year ago. It was $5.00, then 8.00 now it's 10.00. I know everything has gone up, but all within a year??I know inflation hurts us all, but shouldn't you be appreciative to the clientele that returns? "No thanks for coming in". Or anything.. zilch.. Nothing. No customer service whatsoever. Times have definitely changed. Especially with customer support and service. She just handed my change, and that was it. Everyone else at her counter received a "hello", "have a great day", but I guess it just wasn't a good day. I think I'll get better service from a battery display at my local Target store. Lol

I had an anniversary band added to my wedding set - beautiful work. Had to be sized and soldered together and the result was beautiful.

What a great Jewelry store! The people are so nice and helpful. I needed a 54-year-old ring resized and they did outstanding work. The craftmanship was beautiful. The ring looks brand new even though they had to add to the ring to get my current size. It was done ahead of the estimated time and the price was more than fair. I have lived here for about 10 years and had never gone in before. So glad I found the store and will return for all my jewelry needs. Highly recommend.

These people are wonderful. I brought my grandfather's glasses to be repaired that I've had since he died 45 yrs ago. Also brought my wife's bracelet in that was horribly tarnished. They only charged me $20 to fix the glasses and polished the bracelet for free. I can't even express how happy we are with their kind and professional service! A+++

I recently moved to Lincoln from SoCal and the only piece of jewelry I wear, my beloved AJ necklace broke! Since I am new here, I asked someone where I could get it repaired and they recommended Bianca's Fine Jewelry in Roseville. They gave me an estimate of $110!!! For a necklace that didn't even cost $60!!! So I searched Yelp and this place had great reviews and it was close to me too! They couldn't have been friendlier and they said they could solder the chain for $20. Seemed fair to me. The work was exceptional and they cleaned my necklace to. It actually sparkles now and I feel like I am wearing a brand new piece of jewelry. Thanks Lincoln Jewelers. I highly recommend this place.Love & Kale,Chef AJ

I have moved around the county over the years and this is one of the best small, local business I have dealt with ... ever.My experience with them has been most positive. I have found their team to be fair & honest, knowledgeable, responsive ... providing consistently high-quality work. They have assisted me with watches .... ranging from routine battery replacements to specialized repairs. Lincoln Jewelers has also repaired and modified jewelry for us as well as recently helping us acquire a new piece. I recommend Lincoln Jewelers.

Poor customer service. My Wife's ring was worked on there not happy with results. The ring sat in the shop for two months.Be looking for another jeweler for sure.
