Decided to give this a try! Parking was not an issue, it is located in a plaza that isn't usually too busy. I decided to order the beef and broccoli combo. The waitress was super nice and respectful. For the combo I had questioned if I could do half rice and half chow mein they answered just yes. However, when it came down to the bill, It said there was a $2 charge. I truly didn't appreciate how this charge was a surprise and they could have just mentioned it upfront or at least on the menu to let others be aware. it was no issue, I paid it however please put this on the menu so it doesn't stir up any confusion!!! As for the combo, the food wasn't the best but it wasn't bad just OKAY. I felt the chow mein and fried rice was a bit bland, needed more salt and seasonings. The egg roll was kind of cold and had too much eggroll wrap but little stuffing inside. However, the main dish was the beef and broccoli! I felt this was delicious. It had fresh broccoli and the meat was tender. I loved it. The dimsum soup was SO good and warming. I loved it. Wish I could have liked everything, but still worth trying if you're trying to get a quick bite!

Tonight I got a Combination plate to go. You can get it with rice or chow mein. I am a regular Leo's customer and have been since they opened years ago. I've probably spent close to $1,000 here over the years. I was charged $2 extra to get 1/2 white rice and 1/2 chow mein with my Combo. I've been doing this for years and have never been charged. I asked the Owner "how long have you been charging $2 extra for going 1/2 on rice and chow mein?" He said "for a long time". I last ate here a month ago and wasn't charged the $2 Junk Fee. It's not like $2 is a lot of money (it's not) but it just doesn't sit right with me that for a simple and easy request a punitive $2 Junk Fee. They already have the chow mein made, the rice is already made and if one had a higher internal cost to Leo's than the other they'd indicate that on their pricing, but whether you get rice or chow mein the price (about $16) is the same. So, Leo's..I think this is BS and you've lost a Regular Customer. The $2 surcharge Junk Fee is bogus and shortsighted. It was bad enough you won't include the cup of soup that comes with the Combination when it is a To-Go order but if you dine in...you get the cup of soup. This is a long winded way of saying "the little things matter" and customer loyalty is extremely fragile. You shouldn't be charging a $2 Junk Fee for 1/2 rice and 1/2 chow mein it's a simple and easy request with no additional internal cost to Leo's. I'll be giving my business to CJF, Prime Wok, or China Villa from now on instead of "Leo's $2 Surcharge and Junk Fee Kitchen"...

Steven never fails to present a wonderful meal. We reserved a table for my family to share a lunar new year meal. We preordered Peking Duck to ensure we would have this special dish on New Year's. It was fantastic and we ordered a couple of extra steamed buns as there is plenty of meat. We started with sizzling rice soup which had lots of shrimp and chicken in it. Broth was great. Followed that with several plump pot stickers! The crispy walnut shrimp was so good and nice presentation to boot. Ma po tofu with minced pork hit the spot on the cool evening. Broccoli beef was tasty and plentiful. The pan fried chicken chow mein was my father in laws favorite dish and cooked to perfection: thin crispy noodles with just enough gravy topped with tons of veggies and chicken to make mixing it all up on the plate a bit challenging as there was so much. We had plenty of leftovers.

Found it! I was not aware this place was open for 13 years. Some of the best Chinese food around town. We have been to several and this place is one of the best. We only tried a couple of dishes but well worth the price. We will be back and bring others.

Last night we went for an early dinner. We arrived a little after 4 pm. Very quiet for a little while then other customers started arriving. Seemed to be more to go orders getting picked up also. I usually get the honey walnut shrimp with out cabbage or lettuce under the shrimp. I don't eat it any way. Just gets in the way. Happy they understand and keep it off. Also very friendly at this family owned business.

WORST Chinese food ever!I ordered Wor Wonton soup with 1/2 of the normal wontons (4 instead of 8), but with extra veggies. 1st...no flavor, 2nd...a minuscule amount of veggies. What was in there were small frozen peas and carrots.

First time back in 9 years after moving from the area. The food and service were great this time. Food was served hot and fresh and the servers were very attentive. The prices are a little high in comparison to some other Chinese restaurants but considering the quality, it's worth it to me. I will definitely be back when in the area.
