Legends and Heroes Sports Bar and Grill, located at the Woodcreek Oaks Golf Club, in Roseville, CA, is a popular sports bar and restaurant that just happens to serve some of the best burgers in town! It's a great place to golf, meet with friends, "hang out," and enjoy great food, cold beer, mixed drinks, and if you're a fan of sports, you'll find every major game on the many television monitors that grace the bar and restaurant. Such a great restaurant and sports bar!I can't stay away from this amazing restaurant, as it's a half mile from my house and offers everything great that you can imagine in a restaurant. So... I'll skip all of the falderal, as it's already been written on my previous posts."Smash Burger" and fries was Dan's choice. The menu describes "Smash Burger," as "Two beef patties with two slices of American cheese, lettuce, tomato and red onion on a ciabatta roll." A cup of ranch dressing was included on the side for fine dipping. From the "Brunch" section of the menu, I went with "Tator Tots and Gravy." The menu decribes this amazing brunch offering as"Tator tots smothered in cheese and sausage gravy, topped with two eggs any style." I went with my eggs fried sunnyside up, which is my de facto standard for fried eggs.Oh yes... a large helping of tator tots, perfectly deep fried, covered with melted cheese, and sausage gravy. The gravy was thick, delicious and featued lots of chunks of pork sausage, which is a great way to get a late morning on the way. True to the menu, the gravy included lots of shredded Cheddar cheese and was topped with two fried eggs - sunnyside up - as per my order. Sprinkles of oregano added to the taste and to the beautiful presentation. As always... you simply can't go wrong at Legends and Heroes, as it is my "go-to" restaurant in west Roseville. I'm a fortunate guy, as the restaurant is only a short half mile walk from my place. Go for it! "Chicago Dog" along with a "House Salad" was Michael's choice of brunch. Our hostess, Ellie, provided friendly and efficient service, and chef Artie made for great food.Another 5-star write-up for Legends and Heroes, located in Roseville, CA.

We went here for the first time tonight and it was excellent! Really huge portions at very reasonable prices. The service was so friendly and you could tell lots of people were regulars. They have a nice amount of spacing between tables, lots of TV's to watch the game. The burgers are so good, I liked the Smash Burger. My husband enjoyed his tri tip and wedge salad (even though he thought it was wedge fries he was ordering). It's very close to our house, so we will certainly be back!

People are nice...that's all I got! Food is horrendous, definitely not legendary! It's nice for a drink or a hang after your round of golf. Don't recommend!

Worst absolute place Ive been, the owner and operater treated me like garbage when I was working doordash just trying to get my order and called me rude names and was seriously unprofessional and I do not recommend giving them any business.

I only have good things to say about this place! The staff is amazing and friendly! I usually just sit here have my drinks and do some work, and they are always around to ask if I need anything. It honestly has that small time bar kind of feeling that I miss.

Ambience is great, especially outside. Can't beat the kids eat free deal, however, their food is really not great. Bland and you can taste the old oil on their fries.

Time for an update! In my first 3-Star review I said I would give this place a second chance... didn't think it would take over 6-1/2 years for me to return but, as promised, I did come back. Came here for brunch on a Saturday morning, walked past the bar and got a table by the window on the restaurant side. Our server came to our table shortly to get our drink orders... two glasses of water and an OJ. I came with my teen. Didn't like the OJ too much, seemed too watered down. Not freshly squeezed. I ordered the classic bacon and (2) egg breakfast which came with hash browns and white toast. I enjoyed it, thank you, the eggs were cooked to my liking. My teen had the avocado toasts. Ahh, my child... she ate everything on her plate and some of my meal from my plate. Guess I didn't have to ask her if she liked her food. It just wasn't enough LoL! Service was fast, our server was friendly and attentive to our table. No complaints from us. Got our bill and paid at the counter. We were in and out in good time as the restaurant was starting to fill up.The restaurant is located in a golf course facility and the entrance is opposite the golf course shop. Restaurant and bar are separated by a wall. Outside seating available. Review #0139 updated

This place sucks. The food is just barely okay. It has gone soooo down hill. Not because of Covid because it has been this way for years I got a job here about 4 years ago and I never came back because during my interview all of the employees were just standing around doing nothing and the place was disgusting. Today I came back for the first time since then and it seems to have only gotten worse. It was $60+ for 3 meals and a kids Kraft Mac n cheese. My chicken ranch wrap was literally lettuce and ranch wrapped up. Fry's we're covered in seasoning salt I could barely eat them. Also good luck getting anyones attention that works there besides the blonde girl. All the employees just care to talk to the drunk golfers instead of helping the restaurant customers. This course would be better having new ownership all together. It's embarrassing.
