Our family is in awe of this studio and we drive from Natomas for this studio. My sons father did 3 private sessions with Grand Master Lee to prepare for a tournament and my son also got interested. We searched for other studios and found that this studio has the curriculum that would teach my son the discipline and an authentic TKD practice we were looking for. We did trials of other nearby studios and nothing has compared. The Little Dragons class has the right balance of play and skill based training that allows kids be comfortable, confident and truly excel in a beginner program. I also see other students at higher levels assist in this class and you can tell that they are confident and are trusted by Grand Master Lee. There are study guides that is very clear on how to get stripes and most classes they students get 1:1 time to test their skills.Grand Master Lee is so kind to his students and you can tell he truly cares for their success.

They have taken our money for January with no classes provided and still not provided a refund. They also have taken our money for March and there are no classes scheduled. What kind if business is this where they take our money and not provide sessions? We have sent multiple emails to get our January money and no reply.

This is the best martial arts place in the city if not all of California. Grandmaster Lee and his son Alex Lee really understand the fundamentals of body movement and how to defend yourself while preaching positivity which is part of their core values. With a very long and successful history I highly recommend at least giving this place a try, you will not be sorry. I'd give this place 10 stars if I could, that's how impressed I am with the owners and the way the business is ran.

My seven-year-old daughter has been attending classes at Lee's Korean Martial Arts for almost a year, and she is still enthusiastic about going to each class. She has learned to show more respect, exhibit self-discipline and self-control. Her school teacher noticed a dramatic improvement in her behavior in class and with her peers. Grandmaster Lee and the instructors at the school take a firm, fair and fun approach to teaching the children. Many times in the past year, I have witnessed Grandmaster Lee take an upset, tempermental or unwilling child and turn their attitude around with a gentle, positive approach in a couple of minutes. A whole self-discipline lifestyle is presented to the children, from respecting others to keeping their rooms clean to doing well in school. The children are awarded stars for their uniform for academic excellence and citizenship awards. As a parent, beyond what Grandmaster Lee has done for my daughter's attitude and confidence, I also appreciate the friendly atmosphere. The adult students, the parents, the kids, are all very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend the school for children and adults. The amount of quality education you receive here is a rarity in this region.

My name is Christopher Aiello. I earned my black belt in Tae Kwom Do in 2012, 16-years-old at the time. Since then I have successfully started my own business ( www.aielloescobar.com ) after a successful enlistment in The US Navy. Now I am going to school at the University of Maryland, and plan to go to Marshall School of Business for my Master's program. Lee's Korean Martial Arts was instrumental in instilling the self-discipline and persistence through adversity that was needed for me to achieve a successful, full-term military assignment, start my own business, and continue my academic career while maintaining high-standards of excellence -- and a relatively balanced work-life harmony. The staff is amazing and will inspire the best version of yourself to rise up to new challenges --while maintaining a professional and nurturing environment. The one thing I've learned is "anyone is capable of anything --as long as that person fully pours in their heart, mind, and soul."

This is a top notch school that provides quality martial arts instruction. My daughter has been attending since 2008 and although it has been a challenge for her, she has made a lot of progress and learned valuable lessons that can be applied to other aspects of her life. During her journey, she has had the good fortune to be a student of both Grandmaster Lee as well as his son, Master Alex Lee. Both Lees are patient, friendly, extremely competent and know how to work well with kids making the whole learning experience fun and rewarding. I would highly recommend this school to anyone interested in learning Taekwondo or Hapkido.

There is no money-spending-forcing atmosphere and going out for tournament and payment for it is not must-done.Students practice with weapons without buying it.Children loves the fun but it is never be easy for any age, especially belt test.I love the family hour at 7pm so parents and children have class at same time in separate group with teachers for each age group. If you want to intense, there is groups for it. And if you want to try or do not love heavy, there is ones for you, too.I like it and it's good enough already.

My husband and 8 year old son both take the family class twice a week and love it. The instructor is wonderful and very encouraging. My 8 year old has very bad social anxiety and this has helped him be in a social situation and still feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place for any age.
