LBB Gastropub & Smokehouse

I finally got to sample LBB at their restaurant. I've only had them at work parties so it was very cool to check out their brick and mortar. The place has a mixture of covered outdoor and indoor seating. Plenty of seating for the droves of folks coming here to have some of the best BBQ around! The service is paced well and firendly. They got me samples of the beers I wanted to try and didn't rush our order. I had the distinct problem of having to choose just one item from then menu. I really wanted to try the Alabama Sandwich but opted for the sampler: The ribs are St Louis style which is my fave because is the meat to bone ratio. The ribs were nicely smoked and coated with just enough bbq sauce to make them craveable. The texture was just right ans each bites had smoke, seasoning and sauce. I could eat these for days. The brisket was soft, smokey and full of flavor. I hit it with a touch of their bbq sauce and I was set. I could tell the smoking technique here is next level. By far one of my favorite slices of brisket I've had. I was also a huge fan of the Cole Slaw. The balance of creaminess and acidity was excellent. It provides a great compliment for the smoke and spice of the meats they serve. Their craft brews here they serve are really good. I had a pint of the Red Robin Ale and it was delicious. It was a great example of a red ale that had a touch of sweetness. Good choice to chase down all the smokey goodness. The Haka Hazy also tempting as it was made with New Zealand hops. I will save that for a next time. Cause there will be a next time I guarantee it.

We were looking for some BBQ and hadn't been to LBB for a while. We had the dog so got a table outside. The place was packed since it was the weekend.We were seated and given menus. We ordered a couple of beers and the Cuban sandwich and Brisket with potato salad and coleslaw. Their ribs are amazing.

We love the flavorful food they have to offer! It can be busy and the wait times can vary but they are very responsive and on it! When our waitress had a big group that took a long time, another staff member came to take our order to make sure we were taken care of. We love the outdoor seating area and the indoor. It had a fun lively vibe. We absolutely love their house side salad. The vegetables are so flavorful, fresh, and have a sweetness to them! My husband "doesn't like BBQ" but we continue to come and he loves everything he tries which has shifted his view on BB!!

Thanks Chef Alan, for another fantastic special for my rare Saturday night visit. Just what I was hoping for! The Herb crusted leg of lamb with Chimmichurri was amazing!...complimented by the sweet potatoes and braided Brussels sprouts...Yummm!

Really good food, fun vibe in the restaurant with fun music. You get a ton of food at a really great price especially considering the quality. Service was great, just very very close to other people eating.

We were in town for a wedding. Loomis is a smaller town and we were looking for dinner on a Sunday evening. LBB popped up and we were able to head there and get a table outside. They have a mister outside which is nice. My only complaint is that the service was a tad slow. It was often hard to track our server down. Not sure if he had a lot of tables or if I get anxious with a toddler. We got her the hot dog. She ate it all and fries. We did panic order some pickles but that was not smart cause they're like very adult. Very acidic (yummy for old people) not for kids. Our whole table had beers and drinks they were good. My drink was cute but you could not taste the alcohol at all. And for 15 bucks... Overall meat quality was yummy Server was nice when we saw him Kid ate all her food Next to a splash pad

I'll always love this place. The tri-tip sandwich, ribs, seasonal salads, chimichurri fries, and, of course, the nachos are my favorite. I stopped by with a friend for drinks and appetizers, and we had a great time at the bar with the Brewer's Platter -- their version of a charcuterie board. It was fantastic, especially with the pickled veggies. The cocktails are strong and delicious; I feel it after just one! The OG ones are my favorites -- Sweet & Spicy and Very Berry Refresher -- but they also have a seasonal menu with updated drink specials. The vibe is always laid-back and welcoming, and the staff is consistently awesome.

Got right in early on a Sunday (5pm) and was promptly seated. They took our orders and food came pretty quick. I had a delicious harvest salad with smoked chicken that was perfectly cooked. I had asked for dressing in the side, but was happy that it was lightly coated with a yummy light dressing. There was enough to take home for a 2nd meal. My husband had the ribs. They were fall off the bone good, maybe a tad too spicy. We didn't like the bbq sauce that was at the table to add. The fries with his tebs were perfectly crispy. Service was great. Great find. We'll be back!

Sat outside in their heated patio. Waited only 20 minutes without a reservation. Not bad as it was busy. After ordering took about 35 minutes for food to arrive. Tri tip sandwich was delicious. Fries were crisp and hot. Husband had pulled pork and said it was delicious as well. Neither of us enjoyed the BbQ sauces, too vinegary for our liking Nice atmosphere.

The food here is so good, but this is really only good as a takeout placea as the service here is awful. We had to wait 20-30 minutes for a table, which is fine. We were seated, got our drinks and from then on we basically needed to tackle someone to the ground to get any attention. It took 20 minutes before we could find our waitress to place a food order. My water was completely empty prior to our food order and I asked for a refill and never got one, my empty glass sat at the edge of our table our entire meal, multiple staff walked past and didn't offer to refill or take it either. We only got the check by waving our arms furiously at the waitress begging for help. We were excited to find such a good smokehouse near us, but the lack of service offered here makes eating here not at all enjoyable.
