Unfortunately, my experience at this location has been awful. The person at the register had such an unpleasant attitude and was completely dismissive the entire time. To make matters worse, there have been several occasions they forgot to add the boba to my drink. Every time I point it out, they don't bother to remake it properly. Their solution is to pour half of the drink out and put the boba at the top. What's the point in having the boba at the end of the drink! If you're looking for a place to enjoy your boba cravings without frustration, I'd recommend going across the street to T4.

Came in on a Saturday night. Not a lot of sitting space, but the vibe is also more of a to-go place. Pictures of potential drinks on the wall were helpful. Had to wait a bit to order as we came after two big groups and looked like only two baristas working.I ordered the Oreo milkshake with almond milk and crème brûlée topping. I have to give it 4/5 - it was sweet, but a bit thin in texture. Yes it was likely due to the almond milk instead of regular milk, but it was just lacking in flavor. Options wise they did offer 150 and 200% sweetness, which was rare. I also paid another $1 to get the glass cup, which was worth. If you show you follow them on Instagram you also get a sticker.

I was in the area and had a craving for milk tea. I'm glad I found this spot. I ordered a Lazi Cow Black Milk Tea. It was delicious. It had just the right amount of sweetness and creaminess. The boba was really good. The employee friendly and helpful. My order came out real quick. I like that they offer refillable bottles for purchase and that they have stamp card for returning customers. I will definitely be back again.

I can't believe I've never tried Lazi Cow before. I was so happy with my experience here. They have lots of options and unique specialties that I've never seen anywhere else. I tried their signature Lazi Cow green tea and Lazi Cow black tea. Both teas were delicious with very different flavors. The green tea was creamy and sweet with a light fresh flavor and the black tea was rich and smooth with a deep, robust, almost chocolatey flavor. The boba was also very good; not too firm and not too mushy. They offer refillable glass bottles for people who are eco-friendly and I think that's an awesome option. They also have a stamp card and who doesn't like free drinks and being treated like a valued customer? Their prices are great and our drinks came out right away. I can't wait to come back and work on filling out that punch card. I am really excited to try some of their blended tea and ice cream options next.

I'm a huge fan of Lazy Cow, and Arden is the closest location to me! Arden is a great place to grab and go since there's no seating inside, and it was the perfect place to get a pick me up this afternoon. My partner and I have a stamp card, and we were excited to redeem our free drink. I ordered the Thai Tea Delight with boba from the secret menu (a combination of Thai Tea and Matcha) and my partner ordered the Fruity Pebbles milkshake with lychee jelly. Both drinks were good, but I preferred the milkshake! Lazy Cow's menu features many options from milk teas, fruit teas, milkshakes, and even food. My partner and I ordered the cajun fries, and the counter service said it would be a few minutes but it was worth the wait! The fries were well seasoned and I'd definitely order them again. Pro tip: Lazy Cow turns their fryers off an hour before closing so be sure to get there ahead of time if you want to enjoy any of the food!

With this triple degree weather we've been having, we were in the mood for something cold and sweet! While in the area, we stopped at Lazi Cow! It was super cute inside, but there are no seats. You wait for your order and then take it to go.We ordered the Jasmine Green Tea with Jelly, the Orange Creamsicle and the Cowfee. We loved all 3 - not overly sweet, but still hit the spot. They even came in super cute take-home glass cups.They had food options as well such as fries and popcorn chicken. Staff were friendly and the orders came out quick! Check them out!

My favorite weekend treat yourself. I got to bring my sister who was visiting from out of town. The service is always friendly and quick. I ordered my husband a strawberry slushie at 50% sweet with boba. I got the fruity dreams for myself at 25% sweet. This is my new favorite! Pineapple and blueberry green tea with apple and lychee jelly, all summer long please! Get it in a super glass for now extra charge and $1 off each time you bring it in!

Had to get the combo deal - my choices were popcorn chicken (love their 5-spice seasoning) and peaches strawberry black tea with strawberry jelly bits (got mine 50%l less sweet). So refreshing and the popcorn chicken is crispy and tasty!
