Lazer X At Country Club Lanes

Worst customer service. Won't start the games for 30 minutes after waiting. This has been the worst experience ever! Do not come here, save your money and go somewhere else! Also, their published hours are wrong!!!! So frustrating!!!!

Okay so initially when I read the reviews for hosting parties here they did not have the best reviews. However I am so happy that I did not go by what was shown here and decided to host my sons birthday party here. You can tell that this area is tan by younger adults however they are just what this bowling alley/Lazer tag needs! I had two amazing hosts Aaliyah and Erik and they were extremely attentive to all of our needs. They provided me with the decorations and schedule of the Lazer tag times and were very accommodating when I needed to wait for more of the kids to show up. We did have an incident when a person not associated with our party came and tried to open our food boxes and when I told him no I immediately went to the hosts and notified them about what happened. They told me they were going to check the camera and search for the person and apologized. They later came and gave my party extra items for the incident that occurred. Overall I was completely happy to have them help me on a stressful day but in all honesty they helped me so much! Please ask for Erik and Aaliyah when you are hosting a party! They were awesome!

This place is decent, I've gone a few times. This last time really stood out to me due to how an employee treated my little brother though. I went last Saturday (9/25/2021) around 7:30pm and the last call for the blue team was happening. I told my brother (10) to run to the door (didn't want to miss our game) and an employee (short, male, brown, tattoo behind left ear) decided to flip my brother off whilst slowly shutting the door as if he wasn't going to let him in. I was trailing behind about 15ft, so when I got to the door, I don't think the employee knew someone saw or that I was his sister (first glance, you wouldn't know), but he treated me different. The employee was probably joking around, but I didn't find it funny. I found it disrespectful. If a parent saw their child getting flipped off by a stranger as well, I'm certain a scene would've been made.All in all, employees be respectful and treat all customers the same. You never know who's watching.

5 of the workers were very unapproachable at the front desk we asked to cash in a Groupon and buy bowling passes for the 4 of us every single worker at the front desk even the older guy with grey hair brushed us off every-time we talked to anyone they told us laser guy was busy and we needed to wait and while we waited he would also need to take a lunch break ummm puzzled at the facts that we weren't offered our arcade cards or bowling like we asked just brushed off 2 of them even walked away as I was talking to them they found a 3rd guy and all 3 walked away and just literally stood there doing nothing!!!!! So wait if laser is busy Why not get started on the arcade if you can't do that Take our money for bowling !!!!! Get us started bowling After I got snippy all of a sudden someone would help me we did the arcade and laser the kids were off the hook rude cussing smacked and beating each other up and the workers said nothing!!! I walked a kid run full speed into a window!! While a worker just stood there There was garbage everywhere tissues plates chewed up cupcakes empty containers how about putting the workers that were doing nothing to work!!!! The snack bar lady was extremely nice and the girl from the redemption area was hecka nice and gave extra attention to the little dude the boy with long hair at the snack bar was moving!!!! Making pizza ect working hard!!!!!

Okay cute arcade not much but staff was very nice there. Bowling probably good but didn't do it. Laser tag was fun when we could actually do it. We did unlimited laser tag and price was okay but only let us do three games in three hours. Staff was very dismissive for laser tag when we were the only laser tag people there. Concession staff was amazing!

First timers at this facility. Extremely crowded w/lots of kids parties, & kids throwing tantrums. This is all expected though. We went to play laser tag, which is expensive for such worn out vest. Some of the lights on the vest didn't work and unable to tighten properly. The laser tag battle field was excellent, lots of room, and several places to stay hidden.

Had a blast with my boyfriend and his niece and nephew! We played in there prize arcade and in the other one where you get your bowling shoes. Loved the snacks and everyone working there was super nice. Definitely going back!

Worst place I've ever gone to for laser tag. Paid for 3 kids to play two games, and one of their laser tag gear didn't work. The attendant said there's nothing they could do because the game already started. Then I asked if she could play another game and they refused. Then the second game already started and instead of letting them play the next one, they told them to join the game that was already 10 min in. don't waste your money here!!

This place is such a great place to take family! Brought my nephew here for a birthday party and the staff went above and beyond to make it special even as busy as it was. The place itself is huge and has a pretty big laser tag area. Between the arcade, laser tag, and bowling, kids ages 3-10 had a great time as well as the adults. Special shout out to Alana and Brandon working that night, they were awesome !

Well let me tell you based off the reviews I thought it would be a fun place for me and my family to go out and have some fun. It's not all that, my son Is 11 and wanted to play in the arcade area well all the air hockey games did not work, and it was pretty dark in here the lights on top did not work. I mean it's not all that not worth it. Take your family elsewhere. Most of the games didn't work. And I'm top of that they charge a lot for the bowling part. We walked out, went somewhere else. Save your money and go somewhere else. This is a 1 star place.
