Late Mouse Coffee

I was in the area late after work on a weekday and decided to stop for a coffee before a long drive. I tried the Ube latte and it was * p e r f e c t i o n * !The sweetness and flavor levels were perfect. I ordered a small and ended up wishing I got a large because it hit all the right spots.I didn't have time to linger but it looked like a really cool spot to chill with friends or play some board games. They sell some trinkets and goods from local makers, which is always a great way to support local.This could be a really cool spot if they do private events.

One of my new favorite places to pop into when shopping at the outlets. They have a wide selection of hot & iced teas, coffee drinks and specialty drinks. The environment is a big family gaming center with jynga, ping pong, corn hole and more. The staff is always super friendly and easy to chat with, giving me that small local community vibe. I'll for sure be back!

While shopping at the Folsom Outlets we stumbled on this coffee shop. It's a very spacious space inside the outlet mall. It has seating, tables, sofas, games, and more. A nice little break from walking around, shopping. We were immediately greeted and offered help with the menu. We ordered an iced matcha and iced lavender lattes to start. Both were delish!!!!We then decided to order some tokidori. We got pizza & Nutella flavors. All were yummy. A nice little snack. We'll for sure be back next time we're at the outlets!

I ordered the hot ube latte and enjoyed it. The service was friendly. The space is nice, we had fun with the games they provided. Will definitely be coming back for the ube latte and to try their other drinks!

I've always loved Late Mouse Coffee since its days as pop ups. I catch them on weekends at the Folsom outlets. Now we can enjoy their coffee every day, and in a super fun and spacious lounge. Speaking of, the new lounge is super clean and well organized. A perfect place to chill and hangout. I have a cappuccino and a white chocolate mocha for drink. It's an amazing cappuccino. Good espresso makes a big difference. And the white chocolate mocha is a great choice I you want something sweet. Perfect for the rainy weather too. There is a taiyaki booth in the lounge so I have to try it out~ I have red bean and Nutella as fillings. They are soft and chewy and sweet but not too sweet.Service is exceptional as always. Francesca gave me a tour of the new menu. It's not just coffee but also mocktails and sodas inspired by the show "secret life of Mormon wives". There's something for everyone. And Taven talked about his coffee craft. You can truly see the passion of the owners into this coffee business. I can see myself stopping by every time I'm in the area. Worth making a trip even if you are not shopping at the outlets~

What a great idea with good coffee and things to do while you wait for your loved ones to shop. I wandered off and found this gem. Iced ube latte was delicious, not over powering and worked great! I loved the pool table!!! If I have to comeback to Folsom Outlets I would stop by here again.

Coffee truck that services Folsom and neighboring cities now has a brick-and-mortar location at Folsom Premium Outlets. Still soft opening (just opened this week) but don't let that deter you especially if you need a caffeine boost while shopping. I had an iced mocha with almond milk; pretty decent mocha I'd say! Very smooth espresso brew though if I wanted to be nit-picky, kinda heavy-handed on the chocolate syrup lol (so much that there was still some pool of it at the bottom after finishing the drink).Super friendly barista. Very spacious interior and if you're over shopping but have company who don't want to leave the outlets just yet there are some hangout games like Jenga.For specific location, this spot is near the Samsonite store and has a logo signage out front.Business hours:Monday to Thursday 10AM - 7PMFriday to Saturday 10AM - 8PMSunday 11AM - 7PM

I love the idea of a late night coffee lounge and it's cool to see more late night options pop up. Service was quick and the person working the front was very personable. There appeared to be ample games to play, but I was there for the ube latte and match latte.Both were pretty standard. The ube had a good forward taste, more prevalent than other ube lattes, but unfortunately had a bit of a syrupy/artificial aftertaste that as both Filipino and avid coffee drinker that detracted from the enjoyment of the coffee. The matcha also had good forward taste, but something in there left a strange aftertaste similar to sugar free alternatives and that one was difficult to finish.

First time here and the ube latte was so tasty! The barista/server was so sweet and gave me recs when I didn't know what the heck I wanted to order, haha. They also offered me a pup cup for my fur baby.

Really good Pumpkin Spice Latte and Hot chocolate! Great customer service! The place is adorable, lots of games and places to hang out. It was nice and warm in there too!
