We were visiting family in Sacramento and one of the relatives suggested this place. Wow! So glad we tried this place! We ordered the spicy mussels for appetizer. Sooo yummy! The mussels were super fresh , the sauce is slightly creamy with a little kick, with toasted bread that is awesome to dip in the sauce. Just try this! A family member ordered the clam chowder and he was it was soo good. I ordered the Waygu sirloin Thai noodle salad. Generous portion of steak with a spicy noodle salad . The sirloin was very flavorful with a teriyaki sauce Blackened salmon was also cooked perfectly and came with a pineapple salsa. The other family members ordered the rib eye and cow boy steak . They didn't seem to enjoy that. What I had was delicious. Overall a great place to go for delicious food and nice atmosphere.

This review is specifically for Emily and the manager of this location. Emily provided mediocre service, and that was reflected in a 16% tip. She, and her manager, decided to up her tip to just over 20% without my consent. I am working with my credit card company to make sure the extra 7 dollars she provided to herself is taken off and the actual total is reflective of what I provided. On principle, I will not allow a waitress that provided less than stellar service to dictate what type of tip she receives. You don't have the permission to charge more to a patrons credit card, no matter the circumstances. To Emily and her manager, do better.

Entire experience was wonderful!Went with mom and sister in laws and just had the best time!!!Waitress was fun and friendly, service was great and prices were probably just above reasonable, but well worth it!Ambience was just right. Lights lowered, yet can still see each other and food...so perfectly.Nice restrooms, on the quieter side and very tastefully decored.Plenty of parking and close to hwy 50.Was awhile back, otherwise, would have had a picture to show. I believe I had the filet mignon sandwich. Was out of this world!!!Left quite an impression on these taste buds. Will be back for more from time to time, to make them that happy.

All in all it was great my steak wasn't evening cooked. Half the ribeye was medium rare. The other half was barely rare. But it still tasted great and atleast wasn't overcooked. Wellington always great. Bread great. Drinks great. Would come again.

Had a great time at Land Ocean this evening. It was packed inside and we were able to get a table outside on the patio as a walk in of 2 and it was nice even for December. We had a ball enjoying all types of Appetizers! That was our dinner. Didn't get a pic of the fantastic lava cake. My non alcoholic mojito was top tier shoutout bartenders!

A great experience last month at Land Ocean Folsom. The Fitness Special was like a dish from an expensive, chef-run restaurant. Halibut was a generous portion, cooked perfectly with a nice sear, tender inside and beautiful presentation. Morgan, our very fun and attentive server recommended a LO 75 as an alternative to a French 75. It was gin, elderflower liquor, sparkling wine and fresh lemon juice. I really enjoyed it as a smoother, more complex drink than my usual go to. I was only in the area for a couple of days, but if I ever get back there, I'd love to go again.Tip: Ask for Morgan when you visit...she'll remember me as the lady who was on an unexpected first date with her Uber driver Paul

Best brunch value, bottomless mimosas, and always wonderful service! If it's not brunch the Blue Cheese dip is to die for and the best wine in town with Flowers Pinot Noir!

Service was outstanding; they have the best happy hour. My mom loved her crab slider ($6). You get one only, just a FYI. And the onion rings were great $3. I got the salmon BLT sandwich. The salmon was super mushy, so that was very disappointing. I would skip that next time. They have a pretty decent wine list! Even for happy hour, which is a rarity these days with everyone cutting costs. GRGICH hills Zinfandel ($14 HH price), I highly recommend.

Service and food were very good. Only fault was the table seating for our guests seemed to be too low for them. Low riding there entrees. Cold soup, other wise everything was very well done and desserts were delicious. Don and Shelby helped us with a work anniversary dinner and it was well done.

We went at 2:00 Sunday afternoon & they still had quite a few people. We ordered the rib eye which was excellent! Cooked perfectly to requested temp & was tender. The NY strip was also great. The sea bass was good, but too small I felt. It was about 3"x3". Luckily I got some donated rib eye..... We had a small Caesars which was very good dressing and not drowning in it. Romaine was crisp and fresh.Main entrees= 5 starsService= 5 stars. (Madison)The banana cream pie was 3 starsCreme brulee was 4 starsThe restaurant was not dark or noisy. Very nice ambiance.Enjoyed the meal very much. This was our second time eating there. The first time was so-so and wasn't worth writing about, but this meal definitely was much better.
