Lamppost Pizza

I recently tried the Whole Nine Yard (combination) pizza from Lamppost, and it absolutely hit the spot! The crust was nicely cooked-- crispy on the outside yet soft and chewy on the inside. The toppings were well-balanced, with plenty of fresh veggies, hearty meats, and just the right amount of cheese to tie it all together. Only thing is the size is a little smaller than some pizza place, so I would recommend ordering a size bigger. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. W called ahead to order and just picked up at the time. there was no line, so it was in and out in 5 minutes.

I've been coming here awhile and they have pretty good pizza so I'm a little sad to leave this review. The prices on their online menu are NOT the prices you pay in the restaurant. If you go into the restaurant their menu has all of the prices blacked out and when I asked for an itemized receipt they were unable to give me one. How can you run a business if no one knows how much things cost? If anyone at Lamppost reads this please help your customers out!

Called to place an order but guess they don't want business since they stop taking orders an hour earlier

One of the best pizzas in town. Kids live if. I love it. The wife loves it. I usually order the whole 9 yards as well as the garlic chicken pizza. It's the pizza of choice whenever I have out-of-town guest or when I have a few extra bucks to blow on a delicious yet a bit more expensive pizza. Well worth it.

On Saturday, January 25, 2025, I order the most simple pizza, a personal cheese pizza. When I went to pick it up. The pizza was very small, and they did not have enough sauce, not cheese on the pizza. And the worst part was that it was $11.25 for an incomplete order.

SCAMMERS! The price online vs the price on the menu in front of the register vs the price they charge you over the phone are all significantly different! I even inquired about the discrepancy in price, and was told it was for a different type of pizza and when I clarified what I was seeing on the site, I was cut-off and told that's not the case. They wanted to charge me $10 more than the site. When going into the store to pay, the menu in front of the register was $6 more than the site and $5 less than what she quoted me at. The icing on the cake was the customer service- let me say, if you don't like people or having questions asked, don't work in customer service/hospitality! The person who assisted me had short hair along with an "eff this" attitude. She cut me off on the phone and she had a very standoff-ish demeanor when I came in and told her the name for the order. The dining room was empty. I'm sure they don't have a lot of customers, but having that kind of vinegar attitude will definitely deter any potential business.It's unfortunate because the pizza used to be great and I would have them for pizza parties, but this experience has made the food taste rotten, and I will no longer be a patron at this establishment.

Recently started going back here for our pizza fix. Inside is adequate for a small group- there's a couple of booths and a couple tables both longer and small to fit your needs . I usually see a group watching a game and eating/having a few drinks as they also have beer on tap.Love their dough and never had a bad pizza here!

Never again. Decided to try this place out despite the reviewsOrdered a medium pizza online and then when we got to the store it was $6 more than advertised. When I questioned the guy at the store he said "yea minimum wage was raised so we raised the prices, the menu online isn't always right". I'm all for living wages but advertise your prices accurately. All that to get home a couple minutes later and have the pizza be cold. Never again $30 for a cold, medium pizza in a sketchy shopping center?

This place has gone down hill since I've last been. The food is subpar and not worth the prices. Not to mention they charge for everything. The buffalo wings barely had any sauce on them and when I asked for more sauce they charged me. The cashiers are rude, I'm ordering and the girl is smacking her gum and rolling her eyes. Probably the worst pizza place in EG. Bummer...because it used to be good.
