Laguna KinderCare

Our son aged out but has been going to this Kindercare since he was 2. He was there for 10 years and we have been happy the whole time. Ms. Becca and Ms. Amy are the most amazing teachers! Our son has learned so much from the two of them and the only thing I'm upset about is that I did not write this sooner!

After taking a tour of the facility I must say that I was impressed! The staff was friendly and genuinely caring of our family's enrollment. I would definitely recommend my friends and coworkers to this location based on the consideration, care and friendly faces! The facility itself is clean, spacious, and organized! The children present looked active and happy in their classrooms. The outdoor play area was also a treat! Lots of space to move about and the grass area was well maintained.Check them and out give Ms. Amy a call!

We've had our girls attend this Kindercare facility since they were infants. It's a loving and supportive environment. And the pet bunny is super friendly! We are always informed about activities, fun events, and educational lessons for the month. Meals are provided and they open early!

My daughter has been at the center since July 2016! The staff has always been very attentive, loving and nurturing with my very lively daughter! She has always had such a big personality and her teachers have been beyond involved and working with her in ways that show me they care about her as an individual. Seeing her grow here with her friends and love the staff as family has made me so over joyed. I love the management team and each of the teachers and see what they do as a whole to keep the center warm, clean, flexible, and very fun! All the hard work they do never goes unnoticed and I will always have a special part in my heart for the KC Laguna team. I can't wait to see my now second child blossom here and grow up with friends we get to keep for a lifetime. We love you Laguna KC!!

Our 9 year old attends three days a week after school and enjoys his time here. They even have a program to help him with his math which has been very helpful. He has made friends since starting and loves the girls who run it!

My 8 year old daughter and I took a tour of the facility before we decided to sign her up with kindercare. I was very impressed with how big and spacious the facility is. It is very well organized and clean. My daughter loved all the holiday decor in the front entrance way. It makes it very warm and welcoming. On my daughters first day she said all the children and teachers were very nice. She said time flew by and she loved all the activities kindercare provided. She also loved the food kindercare services. She's one little picky eater, as most kids are, but she absolutely loved what kindercare had prepared. Her quote, "Mom they had some of the best cornbread I've ever eaten." So overall this location had everything I was looking for in a childcare facility. We will definitely keep coming back.

If I could do a negative star I would. This daycare is horrible and I do not recommend you bring your children here at all. The building is filthy and they mistreat and neglect babies. When my child attended this facility he would come home with full diapers, constant rashes, and even scratches/bruises. A teacher once stepped on his hand and did not inform me of the situation. I left the building and my one year old had to tell me on his own that his finger was hurting, I ONLY found out after asking. When I brought my concerns to management they were never addressed and resolved. I immediately removed my baby from this daycare, but while in the process they tried to say there is a 2 week notice you're supposed to give in order to dis-enroll your child but they were going to make an exception considering the circumstances. I should have filed a police report and reported this facility to the state.

My child has been going here for over a year and it has been amazing for her. She is on the spectrum and the caregivers here treat her like she is their own. Giving her the best environment to grow and explore. They truly cherish the children that are in their care and strive to make their time spent with them magical and memorable! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

My son has been to a few daycares since I move somewhat frequently, and this one has been by far his favorite. He is school age, and he LOVES his teachers at this center. I've been impressed with the field trips they've taken, and all of the photos they send through their app :). It makes me feel happy seeing him have so much fun while I'm at work! He is actually excited when Monday morning rolls around and he's heading back. Thank you to this whole team of superheroes who take such good care of our babies during the day!
