Everything we order was good, we had the salvadoreño breakfast it's scrambled eggs with veggies refried beans sour cream cheese and fried plantains comes with a French roll. Then we had pupusas revueltas were the best and queso con loroco. To drink we had atole de elote it was delicious we try their agua fresca de marañon(cashew apple) it was so delicious and refreshing. also got a cola champagne it's a traditional soda from El Salvador. The restaurant has been updated it has plenty of tables to sit, it was super busy since we got there right when they open. We will be back soon to try other items.

3 things I struggle with when exploring new places, new Barber, new mechanic and new pupuseria. But today I found my Pupuseria lolCarlos helped out, I didn't try their horchata but they have it available. Their quality is awesome! They are stuffed so 4 is enough for a grown ass man who likes pupusas but I ended up chowing down 6. Inside is nothing special, they do have Mexican soccer leagues on tv so it's super chill. They have 2 different types of red chile. Solo le preguntan si prefieres el más caliente de los dos. Si buscas una pupuseria con buena qualidad y precios muy baratos los recomiendo.

I love your food. I don't have to drive to San Francisco now and get my food. I love the fried bananas with beans and cream is perfect anytime of the day and healthy. And the pupusa is really good if you ever want something quick and easy to eat really good. I also like the Horchata, which is a drink. It's one of the best I taste around. Also, their soup. It's amazing chicken soup. It's completely different that you were having anywhere else. Try you tell me what you think.

Solid option for a tasty, no nonsense meal. The ambiance is okay, definitely more high tech than I expected with an electronic checkout/order option. Service was prompt and the waitstaff were friendly.

Delicious pupusas! This is the closest pupusa joint to Roseville and they really hit the spot. Got one cheese, one chicken and cheese and a plate of plantains and beans. The cream is great on all of it too. Will definitely be back! Service was quick and staff is friendly too

Service- ordered food over phone, asked if they had Horchata, but never once was I asked if I wanted Salvadorian horchata or Mexican.....being that's it's owned and operated by Salvadorians, I figured they new what I was asking for, on arrival I noticed in the back of the cashier that they had three fountains, one being mexican horchata....i asked the cashier if the horchata he gave me was Salvadorian and he said no it was Mexican, told him I did not like it and asked if I can change the drinks to frescos and he told me the OWNER did not like them to waste the containers and it was already packaged and paid for so the answer was no....the horchata he gave Ulsan was rancid and one of them had foam and smelled sour....i don't know how often they clean their machine's but it was NASTY STAY AWAY FROM THE DRINKS IN THE DISPENSER..... Food- was so disappointed on the Pupusas, cheese was definitely different....ordered platanos and beans and they packed the platanos on top of the refried beans which caused the beans to spill out of the container.....we love their beans too and had barely any left toneat with our platanos....Overall- very unpleasant customer service, they need to ask on the phone WHAT KIND OF HORCHATA you want!!!!!!! Wasted a pretty penny on LARGE disgusting horchata, not cheap....we won't be going back.....

I stumbled upon this pupuseria by chance, and boy am I glad that I did! It appears from the previous yelp reviews there's been an interior remodel of the tables. I absolutely love the painted and laquered artwork of the chairs on both sides too! Off food topic as I am a huge talvera and mexican painting collector as I love all the vibrant images. I came in on a Tuesday afternoon, lunch time, but sadly was the only customer. I truly hope this is because it was a weekday as this restaurant deserves great business. The employee was really friendly. I ordered 2 revuelta pupsas. If you are not familiar, these are pork bean and cheese filled. I also ordered a crispy/hard shell shredded chicken taco. I was surprised how fast the food came out. If you've ever ordered pupusas the wait is usually long due to the process. I was pleasantly surprised. The taco was a lot smaller than I had expected, but what it lacked in size it gained in flavor! The shell was cooked just perfectly, the chicken was seasoned very well, and I would order it again. The curtido and salsa also left some to be desired, I am used to Mexican oregano and red pepper flakes packing some heat and flavor as well as peppers in the salsa; however, it did the trick. Again, if you are unfamiliar, curtido is a Salvadorean slaw that tops the pupusas, usually served on the side cabbage and carrots with onion vinegar usually oregano and red pepper. I love curtido, could eat it by itself. The pupusas had the most cheese pull I have ever had with a pupusa, and the flavor was amazing!!! The curtido and salsa paired well. Let me just say if you are questioning trying this place out, no need, just go for it. I have been to 6 other local pupusa places in Sacramento, and this hit top 2! I will most definitely be back soon and hope others will join as well.

We ordered pupusas de chicharrón, this people give me cheese and I try to return them because that's not what I ordered. The guy(cashier)said "the owner would not want to do that, we can't give your money back" where in the hell have you seen this? Please do yourself a favor and do not go to this place.
