La Petite Academy of Rocklin

My child has been attending La petite for two years now. She started in the early pre-school classroom with Miss Jamie. She is an excellent educator, warm kind and fair. She always made sure the kids got lots of outside time, which they need for their growing brains. My child is now in preschool with miss Carol Ann and miss Vivian who are both excellent as well. The class size is much larger, but they still manage to make it work. Miss Carol Ann always checks in on my child when she's sick. There is clear communication and updates throughout the day. The director of the school, miss Megan, is excellent as well. You can tell she truly loves the kids.

We toured several preschools before choosing La Petite for our 4 year old son. There is so much to love about this school, I am sad to see that the two negative reviews were by people who haven't actually experienced this school to the full extent. The staff is beyond friendly, every teacher and staff member greets my son each time we arrive by his first name, making him feel special and welcome each and every day. Each day they do fun and exciting activities and even coordinate learning with seasons and holidays. My son is still talking about the day that the leprechaun visited his classroom and it makes my heart so happy! My child has learned SO much in the few months that we have been attending. I have seen such a big difference in his communication skills and confidence. I love that they have dance and music time for the kids to have fun and get some extra exercise in. I absolutely LOVE being able to watch him during the day on the live video feed. Seeing him thrive makes me so incredibly happy. Lastly, Miss Debbie and Miss Carissa are absolutely phenomenal and have made my son so comfortable and truly excited to go to school. They have showed nothing but kindness, patience and it is clear that they truly enjoy what they do. I am looking forward to bringing our daughter here too. Thank you La Petite! Our girls love their school! The teachers do a great job communicating with the parents and everyone is so friendly. They're wonderful with our children and really love them.

My daughter went here in 2009-2011. Now my son has been going here for 2 years. Absolutely love this place. Not only do I love it but my kids also love/loved going here. The staff are super friendly and always welcoming. Mrs. Jamie & Mrs Brianna were wonderful teachers to my son. They update you thru email what's going on throughout the day with your child. Playtime, what's for lunch, nap time, etc. Also they send pictures of your child playing or learning. They have a locked door security system on the outside door. Which make me feel like my child is safe. They definitely deserve 5 stars.

I would recommend this daycare to anyone I know. My child currently goes here and just moved from the toddler room to the twos room. The staff is super friendly and helpful and take care of your child really well. They have an app called Brightwheel to communicate with you all day while your child is there. You get prompt updates of when your child eats, sleeps, and goes potty. There are pictures and videos sent to you daily on all the fun and learning they do throughout the day. There's also live camera feeds that parents can log into that makes me feel so much better about leaving my little one there while I'm at work.

La Petite Rocklin has been like our 2nd Family! The knowledge, social engagement, and feeling of knowing our son was in great hands has been irreplaceable. I visited a lot of daycares in the area and could not be any happier with the choice we made. I always felt so comfortable leaving everyday. Our son has built long lasting relationships with great friends and teachers there. We were there from 3months old to 5 years and cried when we left. Our son is very advanced going into Kindergarten and it makes this transition such a breeze but heartbreaking at the same time. The cleanliness, the balance, structure etc. felt like we had won the lottery! We will miss you La Petite Rocklin & don't worry we will be back to visit!!

Before enrolling my daughter at La Petite, I researched and visited all of the school in the Rocklin area. La Petite Rocklin is by far the best choice for our family. The staff is very professional and friendly. My daughter's teachers are like an extended part of our family. I am not sure what the previous reviewer is referencing from a year and a half ago, but they have since gotten a new director, who is amazing! I personally have not seen or experienced any of the things "Roxanna G" has referenced. If you want your child to be in the best hands, search no more, and see for yourself. La Petite Rocklin is awesome, and I have recommended them time and time again to our family and friends.

I would give La Petite 100 stars if I could. Miss Shannon and Miss Jaime are always so comforting when I drop my daughter off early in the morning. The quality of care and guidance that Miss Carolann and Miss Vivian provide are beyond measure, they offer me peace of mind that I'm leaving my daughter in safe and loving hands.

This place is a joke! Zero academics! My daughter was there for 4 hrs and all she did was walk in circles and they read 3 books and all the teachers did was clean up after the kids the destroyed the class room. If you don't give 2 sh&ts about your kid learning and just want to drop them off the do nothing it's a great place!

The staff here are very rude, don't even take your child here.I dropped in first time for care of my daughter 7 yrs old through my back up care program, they said the paperwork will take couple hours and acted rather very badly and said "sorry" sarcastically in a teasing manner, i would never go there again.
