Beautiful location! Friendly and quick staff.Pricing is alright... With inflation everything obviously went up. $18 for fresas con crema and a mangonada, not the bigger size, but regular size. Thankfully they do serve it to the top of the cup!

Very clean and pretty place. Unfortunately the employees didn't speak English well. My family and I were patient with them. It did seemed like they were a little impatient with us, they didn't have many items we wanted and we had to repeat ourselves multiple times bc of the language barrier. We ended up just getting the popsicles bc we couldn't order the multiple special items on their menu. From what I observed, other Spanish speaking customers before and after us ordered with ease and the service was quick, which is great. I would say know what you want and point. The popsicles were delicious, if I ever returned I'd just get popsicles, it was a bit uncomfortable asking questions and the employees looking at eachother not knowing how to respond. Wished I knew Spanish so the process could've been more enjoyable. 3/5

Great customer service and love the variety of ice cream flavors they offer . Los antojitos y aguas frescas son muy auténticos ... the layout of the store makes you feel like you are in Mexico .

This place is a South of the border sweet sensation. Tons of choices all with major wow factor. Great little spot to cool down with a cold treat for everyone. Regular ice cream shops seem boring after a visit to this little tienda.

The best la michaocana across the Cali more variety than any other one. Everything is made to perfection if you point at a photo and you don't understand it's exactly what is in the photo right before your eyes
