La Michoacana Plus - Sacramento

We dropped by for some ice cream, and it was delicious! Both the milk and water based were great. We had the arroz con leche, Cookie Monster, pistachio and mango con Chile. Will definitely be coming back.

I hopped in because I was CRAVING a mangonada. This place didn't have prices readily displayed, but I am sure they had a menu card somewhere. I only wanted one thing anyway, and this spot delivered. I ordered the large mangonada. It came up about $10. I was like what... that's kind of pricy for a mangonada but it was huge! It took me and my hubs 2 days to finish it. (I just threw it into the freezer when I couldn't finish it) WORTH IT. I wanna come back and have an elote - They have all kinds of Mexican treats!

Oh man! Hidden gem alert! Our friends got a flat tire last night and saw this spot. So they told us to grab ice cream bc it's 100+ temp right now in sacramento. I've never been here before.Location: corner of the plaza. It's next to the market. It's clean and tons of parking and seatings inside. They have tons of ice cream choices and fruit water.Drinks: I got the passion fruit water bc it tastes the less sugary. The nice lady let me try the soursoap and strawberry milk drink but those were too sweet for me. I would try the cucumber one next time. Our friends and my husband got all sort of ice cream. But my favorite is the avocado! It was creamy and has a slide of avocado in it. I would totally get it again next time. The strawberry one that my daughter got was too sweet for me. She enjoyed it and ate it all so quickly. My husband got recess ice cream in a cup. It was ok. Not my favorite. Overall I'd come back.

Everything I have bought was good which includes tostiloco, paletas, bionico, mangoñadas. My only complaint is that there are no prices on the walls.

i came here while getting my car fixed around the corner. i got the Mango Michelaguas. it was delicious and refreshing. the young man that was helping me was very helpful and efficient. i would come again to try the rest of their menu!!

I was looking for cold treats on a hot day and La Michoacana Plus hit refreshment out of the park!My parents were visiting on a Sunday and it was the hottest day of the year so far. After several hours outdoors, we needed something to help cool off. I searched Yelp and came across this gem of a small business. Although there was a bit of a line, it was well worth the wait.Decorations were out of control awesome. It was so bright, colorful and shiny inside you are immediately drawn in. They have spectacular selfie walls, intricate banners, and it seemed like sequins all over. Service was very friendly and bilingual. I tried my best spanish and communicated well with the nice lady behind the counter, who offered advice on her favorite tropical flavor.There are many, many options for treats to get, which are very clearly labeled in english and spanish on their menu. You can see the menu online/on your phone or they have one posted up out front. It was nice to have a line to take time to decide what to get. They have mangonadas, which are drinks with fruit and fun toppings, ice cream with milk or non-dairy base, and popsicles with milk or non-diary base. The flavors are all over the place, from typical watermelon and kiwi to exotic like guanabana and tamarind. We all loved ours, but can't wait to come back and try more flavors!Head to La Michoacana Plus on the next warm day for the best icy treats in town.

My daughter wanted to try Tostiloco and elote was amazing. Definitely will return again and try more if the ice cream .

What a big disappointment. My family and I wanted a snack and came into this establishment at first glance it was clean and the decor was cute. We took everything to go once home we started eating I felt something SHARP in my mouth I spit it out to my surprise it was not one but TWO PIECES of glass. I called the store to let them know and to be aware but there was no answer. Be careful!

No price. I asked how much a mangonada is, the cashier said $8.35 for card transaction. I bought two and the total was $18.50. I said I thought you said it's $8.35 for one and he said price varies, and it depends on how fast or slow the register is; sometimes the price can be less, sometimes it can be more. And I said I don't understand, price change everyday for mangonadas and there's no set price? And he said yeah, I was like that makes no sense at all. I get it that prices can changes overtime but everyday? And it depends on the register, how fast it process during transaction. That makes no sense at all. Do better with your pricing and make sense when you're explaining the price.
