Woohoo the best Mexican joint in Folsom. Whenever, someone visits, I will take them here.On weekdays they have lunch specials. I always get the carnitas plate - extra well done for their meat and sub the veggies in for extra rice. My friends order the burritos and would always have enough to bring homeI also order a side of flan. The chips are insanely good!On my lazy days I DoorDash La Fiesta for brunch and it still hits the spot so well.If you're in town, you gotta try this place . Super authentic and affordable!Next to fed ex on East bidwell.

Wow I was searching for something to eat in this area. My mom and I come over here shopping quite a bit. We wanted to try something new when I found this place Now I have an even bigger reason to come over than HomeGoods. Lots of laughs. You really can't beat the lunch specials. When it cost you less than it does at McDonald's or Burger King and you get more food and healthier food you wonder how the fast food places stay in biz.My mom shrimp was awesome. It came with five flour tortillas, rice beans, and a salad. The chili Verde is tart and spicy pinto beans with a ton of amazing cheese and the enchiladas were awesome. They offered us a sample of the chili Verde, which I thought was a nice touch so that you really enjoy what you get. generous portions and one of the best parts of this restaurant is the incredible salsa bar which you can serve at your disposal along with fresh chips. The food is always very good at all La Fiesta restaurants. This is a large restaurant with lots of dog friendly outside seating on two sides of the building. My fish taco was flat style and large, plenty of tasty fish and my wife's crispy taco was also good. Good chips and a big selection of salsas. Even though the restaurant was very busy, out food was served quickly, so quickly that I was just returning from the salsa bar when our order was served. Noise is moderate outside. Prices are reasonable.Several other customers also brought their dogs for lunch. Two PAWS up!

Came here on a busy Friday night, good and quick service, you just walk in and order at the counter and get a number to sit down and your food is brought to you. They provide free chips and a great salsa bar that is always stocked. I got 3 birria tacos which were very flavorful but wish the shells were more crunchy but i understand it's hard to get it that way with these types of tacos. Overall I enjoyed my food.

I just love the La Fiesta family of restaurants, and this location is great! The beans are surprisingly good. The tripa tacos are crispy and delicious. We went as a large group, getting many different items on the menu, and everyone was happy with everything they ordered! It was very busy on a Friday for lunch, but the patio was great and the food still came out very fast. Would 100% visit again the next time I'm in Folsom.

Reg nachos major disappointment with the least amount of pico, guacamole, and sour cream. Funky cheese accumulated at the bottom- looks like they stuck it in the microwave for 10 seconds! Unbelievably inedible other than the 5 chips on top. Burrito, subpar....no flavor with rice & beans, no cheese & no pico. No side of salsa, etc. We loved this place and craved it after being gone for 7 months....it has diminished in quality. We could have eaten at Taco Bell! We will never return!

La Fiesta's food is good, but they often make mistakes with takeout orders. Whether it's putting the wrong sauce on a wet burrito or forgetting to put any sauce on enchiladas, it can be very frustrating to open your order and find it's wrong.La Fiesta staff, here's a tip for takeout: after the cooks finish preparing the meal, attach the ticket to the box. Then, have a second employee open the box and verify that the meal matches the ticket. Many restaurants do this, but you don't. Moral of the story for customers, if you're doing takeout, before you leave, verify that you got the right food.

If you're in the Sacramento area you need to try this place at least once. And if you're in Folsom consider yourself lucky to have this restaurant in your neighborhood. The best Mexican food I had in a non-southern CA location. Everything here is really good, the salsas are great, and the service is wonderful. Whoever is running this place is doing a great job. We tried the shrimp cocktail, the nachos with carne asada (we added beans), most of their tacos, and sopes are also fantastic.
