Just amazing location, that always does a great job! Great pastries, coffee, breakfast lunch sandwiches. Amazingly friendly staff and atmosphere, young man at the counter with dark hair took my order and I made mistake and he fixed my order with no problem. Great management!

ZERO stars if I could,The food and the coffee is just not worth your money. This place needs actual cooks. I was pretty taken aback that something as simple as chicken noodle soup (with 2cubes of chicken and excess of onions) and avocado on toast ( a folded pierce of sandwich bread with black avocado) could be so badly made and presented in such a eye sore of a manner. My toddler thought it was a joke. This place needs actual cooks.

Here is my two cents on the quantity quality and presentation of my delivery.. my delivery was done with care by Uber eats driver. He did a good job locating my apartment...I love apricots and they offered an apricot croissant. I took three bites into my croissant, and there was no apricots for five dollars. I consider this a rip off. .. especially when it cost me $4.50.... yes, it was fresh, but where the hell are the apricots?I also ordered a roast beef and cheese panelll sandwich for $15. The question is where is the beef? Where is the flavor? It was too small it barely fit it in the palm of my hand. .. for $15 I could've got three big Macs or four sandwiches from Arby's..And now we come to the salads $10 each maybe salads are labor intensive I could've gotten a salad two times at Burger King or call Junior for the same size..The only thing I really enjoyed was the 3 1/2 slices of the fresh bread that they gave me. What plain bread no butter nothing else If you enjoy throwing your money away, then this is the place to go. The food was fresh, but not much of it. ..

Frankly, I find the food mediocre. We order from this place a lot for work, and there are a few good salads and sandwiches there, but they simply don't hit the spot like a Mendocino Farms, or even Panera. I would give it 3.5 stars.

The service was great. The establishment seemed clean. The menu was plenty and had so many options...so why the three stars? I order a turkey Panini and an Egg plant PaninThe let down was the Turkey Panini..Two slices of bread one was the end piece of the loaf. The turkey seemed a bit on the light side for being 13.00..The eggplant sandwich was okay some flavor. The two soups I got were Thai soup super spicy chicken..The soup tasted a bit fishy so we tossed it the other soup was tomato soup was fine..so basically grade wise it would be a D. Which is not a good rating..Total out the door was 36 and some change which I have no issues with but when only 1 soup is good and the 1 sandwich is okay and the other is a let down...Too bad.

So, I recently discovered that I live in a geographical Triangle of La Bou. (Right in the center, equidistant to *three* locations. We should totally list that on our a real estate posting should we ever want to sell someday! Major selling point!)The old lady chicken salad sandwich was one of my go-to protein fixes and cravings during my recent pregnancy. It's not too mayonnaisey, has the right fruit to chicken ratio, and is seasoned well. Get it on the walnut bread and ask for some hot sauce. Yas!Also, their dill sauce. Chef's kiss! I could drink gallons. Finally, their cranberry almond scones. So, so good!

I'd leave zero stars if I could. I ONLY come here because my grandma asks for it. They have been open two hours today and are out of turkey and cheese, croissants, ham and cheese, croissants, cheese, and spinach, croissants, chocolate, croissants.... After being told they were out of FOUR basic usual offerings, I decided to leave. OPEN TWO HOURS AND OUT IF SOOOOOOO MUCH. They clearly have zero desire to be in business. They should close. Being LAUGHED AT by the two employees was extra insulting icing on the cake. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. There is a La Bou 8 min away on Madison and they DO have ALL of the items this location is out of. Just go there instead!!
