La Bou Bakery and Cafe

I was in Sacramento visiting my family, and Our daughter had surprised us with breakfast scones, and croissants. The arrived before 8:30am so all we had do start the coffee, & tea. No cooking today I had to rush off to the airport.I had a blueberry scone it was crispy on the corners like I like it, with many blueberries, and soft inside. We warmed them up with butter on topMy Sister had the Apple strudel hot and deliciousI had a piece of the apple yes very good, flaky and lots of apples My family was happy this morning! Now my sister and niece's will be able order some tooThanks LA Bou Bakery & CafeEverything that was packaged in this box was enjoyed

First time visiting this restaurant atmosphere was really comfortable and relaxing. The cashier was very sweet and helpful. And the food was actually very delicious. I was really craving a really good healthy sandwich and I found it here. I cannot wait to go back and try other amazing Meals

La Bou has the best croissants than anyone else. They are huge. Also best BLT on croissant!!!!!!. They have great soup and salads too. Very friendly service. Easy to order to go or stay, large indoor dining

Their meals are always generous. The preparation speed and service are quick and pleasant. Highly recommend.

Most delightful people! So friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and the food is really good. This is my favorite LaBou! My favorite is the Chinese Chicken Salad and the spicy Thai soup.

I have lived in Folsom for 20 plus years. I am an occasional patron of La Bou because their business hours do not click with my schedule.I am glad they are still around in the Sacramento area.I go to La Bou for GOOD FOOD AND DECENT PRICES. Doesn't everybody?

Has been years since I stopped in for lunch. The Asian noodle salad is my favorite. Fresh bread that melts in your mouth too.Fast and friendly service too.

I went to La Bou on blue ravine and it was delicious .. the croissants were amazing ! The sandwhich was super fresh tasting ! Great customer service and I definitely will go back !

Ive been to basically every La Bou within 50 miles and this was the worst La Bou salad. The chicken is totally different (not the original ginger chicken) and they gave me basically ALL YELLOW LETTUCE. The bread tasted great however along with the La Bou coffee. Why change something so perfect :-(

Whoever the new owners are, you need to go back to how things were. Closed on Sundays for a cafe is wild. You also changed your turkey supplier and seem to be moving towards doing things cheaply, considering it was pink and slimey. I've been going to the Folsom location since I was a kid and Folsom locals know that la bou is a staple. We all move away and get excited to visit home and grab La bou - but the changes you've made simply suck. I've gone to other locations and they are way better.
