LA Belle Organic Nails

I love my nails. The customer service was so good and I had a fun conversation with my nail tech. The nail design that I had in mind is exactly what I wanted! This place is amazing! It's clean, the inside is super cute, and spacious. Everyone is very professional. They really listen to want you want to do with your nails. As a result, you will be ecstatic when you leave the nail salon. I've seen every nail tec in the salon, everyone is amazing. You won't be disappointed! Try this place out it's the best!!

I really used to enjoy this place when it first opened but has gone down hill. The employees are sleeping in the chairs next to you and others are playing loud videos on their phones. They do a nice pedicure but my manicure today was a disaster. The employee kept asking multiple times if I wanted gel and I kept saying no every time. The place looks like a mess. They used to ask for different style pedicures, now they do whatever they seem to have on hand. They don't diffuse anymore so it smells weird.

Sadly, this will be my second and last trip here today. I paid for the $55 pedicure, it was relaxing but the massage was pretty mediocre.No pressure and erratic speeds. Massage on one foot was super fast, massage on the other foot was slower and more relaxing. I also question the cleanliness of this place. I am a licensed cosmetologist, I know proper sanitation/disinfection procedure. They do have tools that come out of a blue bag, however the bag is folded over and taped shut, not sealed at the top like it should be if they were not reusing the bags. They used a pumice stone on me which is against state board rules because there is no way to properly disinfect a pumice stone as it is porous. My nail tech also was storing supplies like cotton and other things in an empty tissue box that she reached into with wet hands covered in water from my foot basin, how many other people has she done that with? Overall though, I felt relaxed when I left. I like that they have spa music playing and it doesn't smell like acrylic. That relaxed feeling quickly changed when once again my nail polish NEVER DRIED. 4.5 hours later, my polish was still tacky just like last time I went in (2 years ago). I figured it was a fluke last time and decided to give them another try, I should've known better. I got home and didn't do anything with my feet where I would've smudged or chipped them for about 3 hours after my toe nails were painted. I decided put some laundry away and noticed that my polish had stuck to the carpet on both of my big toes. I felt the polish and it felt sticky and pliable. Upon very lightly pressing my nail against what should've been totally dry polish, it made an indent. With very light pressure, I was able to literally scrape the polish off of my nail. Nail polish should be 100% dry within an hour. I called them 3.5 hrs after my nails had been painted to ask what could be done. They said to come back in to get them repainted. By the time I got there, it had been about 4.5 hours since they had been painted and they were still tacky. At this point, I got them repainted about 2.5 hours ago and I'm having the same issue, nails are still tacky. Either someone is playing a joke on me or something is wrong with their nail polish. Either way, I will not be returning.

UPDATE: went from three to two stars because while itching my leg my gel mani chipped significantly on TWO nails, pretty bummed Not a bad nail place I've been here twice and gotten a pedicure each time (they are incredible). Just got my nails done here for the first time, nothing crazy just a gel polish. They have great color selection and exactly the color I wanted. I have some gel on my cuticles and the polish on toes looks a little sloppy.I guess my biggest thing with this is how wildly expensive it is, if you just want your nails done go to the non organic La Belle next door. Got a manicure and pedicure which was standard nothing really set it apart. Got my eyebrows done and the lady dropped hot wax on my eyeball...so don't get waxing done here. Salon is clean and the people are really nice but even though she dropped hot wax on my eye and my eyebrows didn't look great she still charged me for it which I thought was messed up. I've had better experiences elsewhere. This was the first time I've had wax go in my eye in my life.

Such a beautiful and serene place! Love love their pedicures and the fact that they're organic! I now have monthly appts!

Had an amazing experience at La Belle Organic Nails. Fresh organic ingredients scented the waters, organic scrubs and masks tantalized my skin and the handmade body butter was simply Luxurious and left my skin smooth, supple and youthful. Massages complimented the application of the botanical elixirs that whisked me away and tricked my mind into thinking I was on the beaches of a tropical paradise. Grand opening special was a treat too. I hope to return to this sanctuary frequently.

Really clean and nice atmosphere. It's very spa-like - calming, relaxing. I received a fabulous pedicure and highly recommend. The manicure was not so great - clumpy and rushed. And my only other complaint was that there was no one there to greet guests as they came in (I had an appointment) and I wanted for 7 minutes before someone finally came in. But even with that, I'd go back. I'd definitely ask for someone else to do my manicure though.

I'm quite shocked at the bad reviews bc I had the loveliest experience here getting a pedicure. Super impressed with the vibe & decor in the shop (very spa-like), and my technician spent so much time massaging my very tight calves and working on my calluses. The lemon slices and herbs in the water was an excellent touch, as were the essential oils! I'll definitely go back.

I stopped in for a walk-in appointment and got a manicure and pedicure. Both the manicure and pedicure were great for the most part. I think who you get for the nail polish part matters more - for a while, I had very careful people doing the mani and pedi. They offer massage services which were extremely relaxing. However, the person who took over my manicure to paint my nails didn't do very even coats and kind of rushed it. Overall, I would only recommend it if you get specific employees.
